Aquamarine Merrill, known more commonly as the Liquid Manipulating Hero: Aqua, took her first steps into Japan outside of the airport. The transfer had come as a surprise as her uncle had requested her presence, being the only hero in the family. She studied the people walking around outside, it took her a minute to find her ride, the man was leaning against a plain black car, looking bored.

She glanced at the picture on her phone that her uncle had sent her, that had to be him, though he wasn't dressed as a hero. She approached the young man who looked her age, she was amused to see that their clothing complimented each other.

Long coats though hers was black and his was tan, his button up shirt was partially unbuttoned to show his undershirt beneath and his pants were black. Except for color they wore very similar outfits, even if her pants were worn tight enough to see her shape and her shirt was black instead of white.

"Bakugou, Katsuki I presume." She spoke in polite Japanese bowing slightly before smiling at him.

The ruby eyed young man checked her out briefly before pushing off the car standing at the same height, tall for a woman, average height for a man.

"You must be the bosses niece, Merrill right? Let's go, I hate wasting time." He opened the passenger door for her before heading to the drivers side.

She sat beside him but he wasn't much for idle chatter which was fine with her. Though she wasn't shy Aquamarine didn't spend a lot of time socializing, preferring training and education, to friends. Her nickname had often been ice queen, back in school, because of her lack of interest in social interaction.

Her uncle's hero agency came up on the left but Bakugo didn't stop in front instead he went around the corner to the entrance of an underground parking garage going down two levels before parking. Again with little conversation he left the car only waiting thirty seconds for her to grab her stuff before he started walking away towards the elevator.

Neither one of them spoke as they went up the elevator, reaching the main lobby. The moment they did a cheerful voice spoke from the other side of the room.

"Ah my dear 'Marine, I'm so happy you got here safely. Let me get a good look at you, your hair is so long now. It's amazing how much you look like your mother." Her uncle approached, his hair a darker blue than hers.

"Hello uncle Yoshi, glad to finally have an excuse to visit Japan." She grinned running to her uncle's arms hugging him as he picked her up and spun her like a little girl.

"So Katsuki, did you get to properly meet my niece or did you just bring her here in grumpy silence."

"He was very efficient uncle as any true hero should be, idle chatter was not necessary."  She grinned at her uncle glancing at the young man in question who just frowned looking about to explode at her uncle.

She saw he blinked at her words surprised that she hadn't been offended by his silence.

"Ah I thought as much, well you'll have plenty of time to become acquainted.  Since he'll be your partner for the next six weeks while you get used to life in Japan."  Her uncle smiled as if waiting for the explosion.

"Well then we shouldn't waste any time, I believe you have an apartment set up for me nearby, you did mention it was within walking distance."

"Yes I did, it's in the same building as Katsuki, your apartment is actually across the hall from his, I'm sure he would be happy to show you."  Uncle Yoshi grinned at his niece with a wink before the pair headed off together.

Aquamarine walked calmly beside the blonde hero seemingly content in silence, it was unusual for a woman not to try chattering his arm off.  Katsuki Bakugou didn't know what to think about this woman so he stayed just as silent.
