It is sometime in the 60s, and Walter is writing in his journal. We get to see his friend Jacob and the warning that he brings to Walter. The book Jacob told Walter about was found in a cemetery by a grave named Bruce. Though we only know Bruce as the man in the shadows he was a murderer who stalked his prey then killing them with no evidence. We are sitting with Walter in his apartment every day, while he writes in his journal. We only know what Walter is telling us because we are the people who found Walter's journal and we are reading it. Bruce's book is his diary and doesn't want anyone to know how he killed and whom. He kills everyone who reads it, even while dead. Is Bruce a cover-up for what's really going on? Is Walter just lost it and his alter ego is taking hold? It is your choice to see what you think.
