C. 1 Farewell to the Olde

----Harry walking to the library after Potions (Friday)----

Harry's POV

I am so very, very tired. It's a good thing we finished potions already and for ONCE Professor Snape didn't give us homework, it's also Friday today and I'd rather spend some time to think-

"Harry! Where have you been again?!" oh Hermione and Ron "Yeah mate! You keep leaving us behind again!" My mental capacity to deal with them is growing thinner by the second, I don't have enough time for this and with a blank face "I just wanted to be alone for a bit before I go back to the Dursleys for Winter break, that's all."

Hermione goes red like a potion "That doesn't explain why you've been avoiding us! You weren't like this in our first year! Remember we're the only ones you have and I'm sure you're just over reacting about the Dursleys again!"

Ron put a hand on my shoulder and said "Mate it ain't right to do this just for attention." I turned away from them saying " look it's none of your business okay! I don't care what you think and just because we talk a bit before doesn't mean we're friends, now if you'll excuse me I have other things to do." I hear both of them stumping away and continued my way to the library.

I arrived at the abandoned area of the library, plopped myself down at the couch and sighed "Sunday, 1 more day before I go and live my life." Now let's see if everything is in place 'time turner - check, My possessions organized - check, covering my tracks - check'.

Now since I had an argument with Hermione and Ron I'll surely be called by Dumbledore which will probably be more taxing than before, no matter I got it covered after all I've been planning this since 'that day', It doesn't matter anymore it'll all be behind us soon.

Oh right I have to make one last trip to Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley tomorrow to pick up some stuff, Merlin's beard I can't wait this is going to be awesome. Better get some sleep, tomorrow will be quite eventful after all and with that I got up and went out of the library.

As I walked these halls that I will always call home, I passed by the door to the room of requirements. I chuckled to myself and thought 'It always knows doesn't it' shook my head with a smile and walked in.

I'm still amazed no matter what form this room takes it was always so beautiful "I hope when I see you again you'll still be brilliant." I lied down at the cozy bed and stretched my body curling to the blanket 'smells nice' and before I knew it I was asleep...

----Meanwhile at 1938, Wool Orphanage----

Tom's POV

It's already 3:00 in the morning and I haven't slept for I'm quite excited to go to Diagon Alley and the fact I'm a wizard, I knew I was special soon I'll be able to get out of this place.

The next thing I knew I was at the most crowded shopping place I've ever seen 'some are looking at me strangely.' I sighed 'Some things never change.' I scowled. Where should I go first,I already Went to Grin, After all I can shop by myself I don't need a Professor to watch over me. I should probably get my robes first at Madam Malkin's.

I entered and sat down at what looks like a waiting area next to me was a boy with long black hair reading a book about potions and so I decided to greet him to look friendly "Hello, My name is Tom may I ask what's yours?" He looked at me "A-Are you talking to me" I replied "Yes I am" he looked stunned, shaking my hand he said "Severus, Severus Snape"

Who I supposed to be Miss Malkin said "Severus Snape your clothes are ready" before he left I looked at him in the eye "I look forward to seeing you soon" he nodded and got out of the store and I looked at the woman, She smiled "right this way dear its your turn to get measured."
