Starting Over Again (Yuzu x Mei)

Ten Years Later

"Mmmmmm is it morning already" Yuzu implied. Yuzu reaches to through her phone to turn off her alarm clock. "Ugh it's already 6:30 in the morning I have to get up now otherwise I'll be late for work"

Yuzu gets up to her bed and fixes it and goes to the kitchen to make some coffee. While she was waiting for her coffee she calls her mom.

"Hey mama how are you? I miss you so much" Yuzu said. "I'm doing well how about you how's your work at a restaurant."

After graduating from high school Yuzu went to a culinary school to pursue cooking and now she is working as a head chef in a famous restaurant in Japan.

"Work is pretty toxic mama but it's fun at the same."

While Yuzu and her mom were talking Yuzu got an unexpected phone call

"Hey mom someone is calling me right now, I'll call you back later," YUzu said. "Ok sweetheart I'll talk to you later, I love you," her mom said. "I love you too mom" Yuzu said and hang's up the phone.

After Yuzu hang's up the phone, she looks through her phone who is calling.

Honey ^>^ is calling......

"Hey Honey how are you?" Yuzu said to the other line

"I'm doing great baby how are you"

"I'm doing great to honey, I just finished talking to mama," Yuzu said

"Yikes did I disturb you guys"

"No not at all honey, anyways when are you coming back to Japan?" Yuzu said

"I'm not sure baby I've been pretty busy at the bakery plus the new opening branch, I'm guessing a couple of months"

"Oh right your opening your new branch in San Fransisco," Yuzu said with a sad tone in her voice

"Baby don't give me that tone, you know hearing that voice makes me want to fly in Japan right now"

"Then fly right now, so we can do the thing," Yuzu said with a naughty tone in her voice

"Baby you and your dirty mouth again"

"What I miss you so much, I miss hugging you, kissing you everything about you," Yuzu said with a sad tone

"Baby I miss you to, tell you what when I came back ill let you do anything you want with me"

"Anything?" Yuzu said with a naughty voice

"Yes baby anything"

"Ok you sold me," Yuzu said

Then she looks to the clock

Shit it's 7:15 I'm gonna be late

"Hey honey I have to hang up now I'm gonna be late at work, I'll talk to you later when I got home," Yuzu said

"Ok baby I talk to you later, I love you"

"I love you too honey" Yuzu hangs up the phone.

After Yuzu hangs up the phone, she took a sip of her coffee and ran to her bathroom to take a shower. It took her 30 minutes to get finished and put on some working uniform.

hmmm wait something is missing

When Yuzu opens her drawer to get some accessories then suddenly ting ting ting ting a metal object falls to the floor

As Yuzu's going to pick up the falling object

Wait I notice this ring, this was the exact ring when I give it to- oh right yes I remember her, the name that I should've forgotten a long time ago. What's it doing here anyways I thought I got rid of it, huh maybe it was Matsuri. She and our other friends help me move my things into my new condo.

After Yuzu got her job as a head chef, she bought a condominium and Harumi, Matsuri and the other gang in her friend group help her to move her things into her new home.

Even though her mother doesn't want her to move out, but her stepfather convinces her mother Ume to because yuzu is not a little girl anymore.

huh, it's been a while since I saw this ring, anyways I'll just put it back here until I figure something that I should do about it. Yuzu put's back the ring in the drawer and close it.

As Yuzu is checking herself in the mirror when suddenly her phone rings

*bzzzz bzzzz bzzzz* Unknown number is calling

unknown number? might be at work

"Hello," Yuzu said

"Good Day, madam is this Yuzu Aihara that I'm Speaking with"

"Yes this is she, who are you"

"Sorry for calling you out of nowhere Ms. Aihara, but I'm here to talk to you about the former chairman of the Aihara Academy"
