As the dark eyed girl sits under the starlit sky and basks under the silver light of the moon, she can't help but let her mind wander. Back to days of laughter, smiles, and pure happiness, oh how she craves to feel like that again. She wants to shrink back into herself, disappear back to that time where she was only a year or two younger. She found people who really care about her, but something changed between that time and now to make her fall into the slump she is trapped in now. She is now looking for pieces of one person who brightened up her day in others, knowing that it would never be the same again. She remembers the smile that made her want to see if for the rest of her life. Her hand shakes as she picks up her phone, wanting to message someone but stopping herself. She could no longer go to him as she used to, at least not for what she wanted to say to him. She craved to send 'Good morning, I can't sleep' and start a conversation like she used to, but knew that it was no use. Those times have longed passed her, leaving her with old messages filled with nostalgia. Much of herself was left in that time, never coming back to her after everything crashed. But the girl couldn't help but hear a whisper in her head, telling her not to give up, don't end up like this again. The voice is familiar but distant and cold, one that she has not heard for a while. She tosses her phone to the side and wraps her arms around her frame, closing her eyes as she lays back into the soft grass . She took a deep breath to ground herself and softly whispered to the moon. "Give me fresh fire lilies and an old love."
