The dark eyed girl sits under the covered area of her front porch, watching the rain pour down. The sound soothing to the ravenette as she wraps her arms around her legs and pulls them up to her chest, leaning her head against it. The rain reminded her of a time when things were different, her midnight eyes trail along the street as she drifted back to her memories. Where the rain hit against the roof as she sat with people who brightened up her day, where she started to figure out who she was and what she wanted. She looked up at the sky and wondered what he was doing now, and maybe. Just maybe, there will be another opportunity. Another chance for her to be able to dance in the rain with him. The girl pulls herself out of her thoughts and sprints to the empty street, her bare feet hitting the asphalt as she stops and lays down. Her raven hair sprawled out and her black long sleeve shirt and sweatpants getting soaked, her heart screams out with the emotions that she cannot bear to express. Just laying in the midnight rain.
