Bakugou Pt. 1

Your quirk: you have black wings on your back but hide them most of the time, you only let them out for battle. You have control over purple matter and can let them out when you want to. You can also teleport from place to place, but you only use it when you're down or for battle. Aizawa and Mina know that you use it for those purposes and the others think you just use it when you feel like it.

It was your third year at UA. You and Bakugou weren't the best of friends but he had a small soft spot for you. Everyone knew you had one of the biggest crushes on him, although he didn't know. You would like to keep it that way. Mina was your bff and was arguing with you about that you had to tell him.

Mina: Come on Y/n! Just tell him already!

Y/n: I don't know, Mina... Give me some time to think about it at least...

Mina nodded and gave you a hug before she went back to her dorm. You got yourself into some comfortable clothes and laid in bed. You thought about what Mina said but couldn't bring yourself to tell him yet. As days went by, you finally got the courage to tell him. After school, you went out to look for him only to find him in a corner with Uraraka. You couldn't quite see what they were doing so you stepped a bit forward. It was your biggest regret to do that because they were kissing each other. You froze at the sight of it, your heartbeat was pounding even faster then before. You felt something coming up your throat but coughing brought you nowhere. You finally stood up and ran to the bathroom as fast as you could. You really hoped that no one would be in the bathroom because you were crying along the way. When you arrived, you were relieved that no one was there. You went into a stall and put your fingers in your mouth, way back in your throat, only to pull something out of it. While you looked at it, you realised that it was a bud from a flower. A Myosotis, also known as Forget Me Not's. You smiled a bit, remembering that it was Bakugous favourite flower. Thinking about that was a little mistake as you began to cough even more. Throwing up the little buds into the toilet, while you were shivering from the sudden coldness. Once it calmed down, you looked into the toilet and saw some blood with the buds along. You're frightened by the sight of it and didn't know what was happening to you. You just sat in the stall until you were startled by someone asking you a question.

Mina: Hey Y/n? You okay? I saw you running into the bathroom but you're already in here for 30 min...

Y/n: I-I'm okay...

Mina: You sure? Your voice is cracking...

At this point, you couldn't hold it in anymore. You opened the door and gave Mina a big hug while you were crying on her shoulder. Mina saw that there was something wrong so she hugged you even tighter, while you let it all out. After a few minutes, you parted. You whipped your tears away and looked at Mina.

Y/n: T-thank you Mina... I really n-needed that one...

Mina: No problem! That's what bffs are for! I don't want to pressure you either, but can you tell me what happened?

Y/n: I would want to but not here. Can we go to my dorm first?

Mina nodded and you guys went out of the bathroom. Your eyes were all puffed up since you were bailing your eyes out. Students looked at you when you walked by and were talking behind your back. You remembered that you still had some blood on your sleeve from whipping your mouth. You pulled on your sleeve so that no one would notice the blood. You walked with Mina to the class to get your bag since you left it there. Mina opened the door and went inside but you were stopped by someone putting their hand on your shoulder. You looked back to see who it was only to widen your eyes when you saw Bakugou.

Bakugou: What's wrong dumbass? Why are your eyes all puffy?

You didn't answer and lowered your head and walk in class to get your  bag. Bakugou was rather surprised because you normally wouldn't ignore him. He knew that something was going on since you acted that way. He opened his mouth wanting to say something, only to be cut off by mr. Aizawa asking you something.

Aizawa: Y/n, can I talk to you for second? You can bring Mina too since I have a feeling that you want to tell us something, am I right?

Knowing that Aizawa is some sort of radar when it comes to you not feeling well, you nodded at his question. You're a little scared since you don't know what their reaction will be. Maybe Aizawa would be an understanding father as always? You don't know. As you grabbed your bag and passed Bakugou walking out the door together with Mina and your dad. Bakugou reached out for your hand but he's stopped by Aizawa's scarf. Aizawa looked over his shoulder and shook his head to let him know that that wasn't a good idea. Aizawa had a feeling that it had something to do with him since you're ignoring him. Bakugou let his hand fall beside him and clenched his fist not so long after. He doesn't understand why you're ignoring him and he hated it. Once you were out of the classroom, you grabbed Mina and Aizawa's hand and teleported to your dorm. At this point, Aizawa and Mina were sure that something was wrong. You sighed and let yourself fall on your bed. Mina sat down on the ground and Aizawa grabbed your chair to sit on. You sat up straight and looked at them for second before talking.

Y/n: I d-don't know what's happening to m-me...

Mina: What do you mean?

Y/n: E-everytime I think about B-bakugou kissing U-urura-

Before you could finish your sentence, you begin to cough roughly. You got up and ran to your bathroom, coughing up petals and buds. Aizawa came in and saw what was happening, his eyes widened at the sight he saw. Mina came in and began to cry. Once it calmed down, you looked at them. You were tackled into a hug by Mina. You hugged back for a second and looked at Aizawa.

Aizawa: I think you have Hanahaki... It's were you have an unrequited love for someone, you cough up their favourite flowers. As time passes, the flower begins to grow and thorns will be stuck in your lungs. There are 2 ways to cure it. 1: they love you too. 2: you get surgery but you will lose the ability to love again...
