*Avis's POV*
Today I want to school and after school I had crossfit. When we went to crossfit I was excited and ready to go. But when we were doing burpees I jumped up and when I was landing my ankle turned and hit the ground before my foot. It hurt really bad. My instructed call my dad and he came to get me. When we got home I put ice on it and Mom said she would make me my favorite dinner, spaghetti. After a while it was time to go to bed.
In the morning when I woke up my ankle hurt really bad so when I looked at it, it was swollen. I could barely walk on it. When Mom got up I showed her and she took me to the ER. They x-rayed me and found out that I broke my ankle.
I had to get a cast and had to were a brace on it for a month after I got my cast off. When I got my cast on the nurse brought in some crutches. I always wanted crutches. I was excited until I walked on them for a whole day. They turned out it be a pain in the but. Now I don't want crutches anymore.
When I got home everybody was so interested in what happened so I told them that I have to wear the cast for 3 weeks and have to walk on crutches. after I get the cast off I have to wear a brace but that's better than a cast. Emmi wanted to try my crutches and she liked them but I told her that they weren't fun when you had to walk on them all day.
