Petrified, Terrorized, and Mortified. That's what I've been feeling for the past few days. We were all just supposed to have a great last spring break together, and it turned into a living hell. Let me start by telling you the story from the beginning.
Madelyn's POV
Hi, my name is Madelyn Winter, and I'm currently in my last semester of studying Human Biology at Stanford University. A group of students are traveling to Paris for spring break today. I'm eager to go and meet the other people we'll be traveling with. Well I mean I know the other people that I'll be traveling with. Well, I mean I know the other people that I'm going with but I'd like to know them better, even if we only have two months until graduation. I wouldn't say I'm a control freak, but I love taking charge and being the leader. I am known for my fiery red hair and the freckles that adorn my porcelain skin. I hope others look at me as someone they can trust making most of the decisions on this trip. Each person going on this vacation has a connection with someone else going on the trip. I'm almost done packing. I just have to put a couple of books in my carry-on. I read every day and I have a knack for shaping captivating stories. When we venture into the city, I hope to find inspiration for my next novel and perhaps uncover a hidden secret or two along the way. I hear a knock on my door. It is my boyfriend. My brother is with him.
Sean's POV
My name is Sean Winter, and I am Madelyn's twin brother. I have always been fascinated by people and their behaviors, which is why I am majoring in Sociology. Understanding the complexities of society and how individuals interact within it has always intrigued me. I'm more on the taller side, and I have dark hair and eyes. As I prepare to embark on my journey to Paris, I feel a surge of excitement. The thought of immersing myself in a different culture and exploring the streets of this vibrant city fills me with anticipation. I'm on the quiet side, but once you get to know me, you won't be able to get me to shut up. I'm usually up to do anything. I'm adventurous, and I will eat just about everything, Except for insects. I have vowed never to try them. Madelyn loves pan-seared crickets, and I don't get it. I'm always up for a challenge. Whether it's exploring the hidden catacombs beneath the city or scaling the Eiffel Tower.I'm ready to push my limits. I'm a little bummed that you can only take the stairs to the second level of the Eiffel Tower and then have to take the lift to get to the top but I'm going to shoot for doing the stairs in under 20 minutes.
Mikayla's POV
It's Mikayla Smith Ya'll, and I'm majoring in Engineering. I have a strong passion for technology and am always seeking ways to apply my knowledge to real-world problems. I'm looking forward to the challenges and successes that engineering will bring me. I'm excited to be going on this trip and to see all the amazing places Paris has to offer. I have long, flowing chestnut hair and piercing green eyes, and I have always been drawn to seizing moments that tell a story, in the shadows, so as we embark on this journey, I'm excited about the photographic opportunities that await in the famed City of Lights. I'm a person who is obsessed with dark things, like horror movies, and gothic novels. I'm into witchcraft, and trying to talk to the dead. I love True Crime shows, and murder documentaries. I'm always looking for new ways to explore the macabre, the occult, and different spiritual and magical practices. Well, I admit to looking Brit whodunits where somebody is murdered in the beginning and it's solved at the end. So, that's me, an explorer of the darker side of life, but really I'm just looking for new ways to push myself and to expand my knowledge. I'm looking forward to having an amazing time in Paris!
Jen's POV
What's up everyone? My name is Jen Allen and I'm majoring in Design. Chestnut hair cascades down my shoulders, framing my heart-shaped face. I enjoy experimenting with different hairstyles, allowing my hair to be an extension of my artistic expression. Today, it falls in loose waves, enhancing my natural beauty. My smile is warm and genuine, reflecting my friendly nature and approachability. I believe that collaboration is key, and I strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone's ideas are valued.
