The turtles and Splinter entered their old lair, carrying bags on their arms. Even (Y/N) was there after a warm invite by her new sensei.
"What a disaster." Leo commented after Donnie turned on the lights, holding two cords together. "The Kraang really trashed the place."

"Indeed, but this is our home." Splinter said. "We will clean and set things right once more." The team splitted up to examine the abandoned mess.

"Aw, I hate cleaning..." Mikey mumbled. His little cat meowed from his cooler. "I call the kitchen!" He dashed towards that direction.

With the help of (Y/N), Leo pushed a toppled arcade machine up on its stands. He kneeled down and activated a switch on the bottom of it, and it activated with a ding. But it powered down after a few seconds, making Leo pout. (Y/N) placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Gonna be quite an ordeal..." She commented.

"Hey, Raph! A little help?" Donnie called out, making Raph head towards the lab.

"Wait, don't you have a home? Why did Sensei invite you here?" Leo asked her.

"Told you before, my parents are... dead. My guardians are a part of, y'know, the cult." She said.

"Yeah, but... you know you don't have to help us with all this." Leo told her, looking around.

"Are you saying you want a break from me?" She asked, crossing her arms.

"Absolutely not! I'm just saying, you have your own home to keep in order."

"Right, I understand. After I help y'all, I'm gonna check up on my house."

"And you're not gonna go alone, of course." Leo added. "You know why..."
She nodded with a smile.

Moments later, Casey stormed in with a soda can. He threw it to the ground and kicked a Kraang head far with a grunt.
"Ey, Case, my homie!" (Y/N) called with a beaming smile, tying a knot on a trash bag. "Been a while, where were ya?"

"Doing what all of you should be: helping the city, stopping crime!" He shouted, pointing at the shortest turtle in front of him.

"Whoa, hold up." Leo butted in. "In case you haven't noticed, we just got back here."

"Yeah, we just happened to stop a little thing called a MASSIVE ALIEN INVASION." Donnie replied with a broom in his hand.

"Yeah, dude, we deserve a little downtime!" Mikey said with a muffled tone, face stuffed with a cheesy snack.

"Evil never takes downtime!" Casey retorted. "I just took on the Purple Dragons!"
Everyone else made a ghost sound, faking terrified faces. Casey slashed against Mikey's head, but he ducked into his shell and plopped onto the couch.

"So how bad'ya beat 'em?" Raph asked.

"Well... at least I stopped 'em from getting away with the cash!" Casey bragged.

"... Wait, you didn't beat the Purple Dragons...?" Donnie asked.
The room was silent for a little, until almost everyone broke into a laughter, except for (Y/N) and Casey, of course. She just smirked at him and gave a thumbs up.

"Y'all don't wanna help?! Fine!" Casey exclaimed, storming out. "I don't need you guys. Casey Jones can protect the city alone!"

"Good luck with that!" Donnie hollered, throwing a can near him. When he left, (Y/N) turned to the team with a scowl. The team immediately shutted up when they saw her look.
