"Oliver we have a problem" Oliver rolled his eyes as soon as he heard those words.
Diggle walked inside the bunker towards Oliver and threw a newspaper in front of him. Oliver frowned as he looked at the cover, and read the headline.
Black Canary Attacks and steals weapons
He frowned and turned to Diggle. Diggle shrugged. "Black leather suit, blonde wig, batons and most importantly, a scream. She attacked some dealers but not with good intentions because she stole those weapons for herself, which means she is armed"
Oliver stood up and walked by John, he took the bag with Laurel's belongings, he looked inside of it then cursed at something. Diggle looked at him confused. Oliver began walking towards the exit. "What do you think we're dealing with?" John asked as he followed Oliver.
Oliver didn't respond and just hopped on the elevator.
...
"She's okay baby, she'll be okay" Donna was rubbing Quentin's shoulder as Quentin sat holding Laurel's hand.
"Look at my baby girl, all because of me" Quentin shook his head, his eyes fixed at the sleeping person on the bed.
"No no Quentin baby, this isn't on you, the only responsible one for this is Damian Darhk" she kissed Quentin's bald head.
Quentin let out a breath. "Listen honey, how about we go home? Thea just arrived and she said she was willing to stay with Laurel, you've been here all night, so how about we go home you change and get some rest, Laurel will be fine waiting for you okay?"
Quentin hesitated.
"Thank you for being here Donna, I really appreciate that very much" he told her. Quentin was so focused on Donna he didn't notice the smile spreading on Laurel's face. She had woken up a few minutes ago yet didn't really want to talk, even less to her dad. Something told her every time she had a conversation with someone it would be her convincing them it wasn't their fault.
"Of course I'm here for you, so, what do you say? We go home?" Donna spoke, Her arms were wrapped around his neck.
Quentin smiled at Donna. She began talking in a sexy tone "Or... we could do something more than rest, you handsome"
"Oh... God, stop please stop" Laurel spoke removing her hand from Quentin's. She rubbed her eyes with her hands and took a deep breath.
Donna gulped as Quentin stared shocked at Laurel. "You're awake"
"Kinda wish I wasn't" Quentin couldn't help but laugh. "Oh baby" he placed his hand on her cheek.
Laurel smiled at him. "Hi dad"
"I'm gonna give you two a minute" Donna gritted her teeth and walked away. Laurel chuckled.
"I'm sorry you had to hear that"
"Things between you two are going great I asume" Quentin smiled.
"As much as I would like to talk about Donna, I'm here to check on you baby"
Laurel sighed and once again placed her hand on her injured side. "I'm fine dad"
Quentin almost laughed. Yet before he could talk Oliver walked through the door with Diggle behind him.
He tossed the newspaper to Laurel. Quentin read the headline and frowned, he noticed Laurel was doing the same.
"Well, this wasn't me" Laurel looked up at Oliver. "Yeah we figured, this means we've got an impostor" Diggle stood with his hands on his hips.
