"Anarchy vs Hierarchy"

John would look up as he saw the bright sun blinding his eyes, as he coughed up a bit of blood from his mouth. He saw the bright blue sky, the birds slowly amongst the trees, and a few chirps of birds and voices of people around him. His focus was off, and he closed his eyes again as the voices around him got louder. The voices and whispers, the voices of people worried, it sounded familiar.
"Is it another 'Appearing' Villain?"
"Should we call someone? What if he's a monster?"
"Let's get out of here, I don't want to know what'll happen if he wakes up"

"Run! It's John!"
"Such a shitty king!"
"I hate you!"
"Monster!!—"
"AGGHHHHHHHH—!"
John screamed bloody murder and opened his eyes again as he then put his arm on the grassy ground, and twisted his body to throw a swift kick towards the nearest voice. The voices kept getting louder, and the ringing in John's ears from the migraine was getting worse with every word they said. Some people ran, some people gasped, some people screamed 'Villain!'
"Monster!"

"Get out of my head!"
He then looked to the right as he saw the bright colors of a figure on the ground. They had been groaning, and had a twisted foot as John focused his eyes a bit more to try and see what it was. John then noticed something was on his face, as it muffled the sounds of the people around him. He then grabbed the cloth that was on his head, and took it off as the sounds grew much louder. Much more clear, much more understandable, and yet... Their voices were saying the same damn thing.
"Villain!"
"He just attacked him!"
"Monster"

John then looked behind him as he saw a group of people, mostly bland civilians with a mixture of gray, brown, or black hair, pointing and trying to escape from John's eyesight. John was confused, as the place around him wasn't Wellston. John wasn't in the Eastern Courtyard, and Arlo, Isen, Blyke, Remi, or anyone he knew wasn't near him. John then put his hands on his face as he looked for a place to sit down and relax, as he noticed a bench near a trash can at the end of a street. John then walked up to the wooden bench, as he sat down and placed two fingers on the stem of his nose, while he tried to come up with a conclusion on the current situation.
"Where am I—?"

"Dear Villain! It is time for your demise! Stand down and you will not get hurt!"
Suddenly, a man the size of a Gorilla would walk up to John, as John looked up to him with a glare. The man then pulled out two hand cuffs, as John then stared intently at the hand restrictors.
"Welcome John"
"Your out of control"
"Stay down boy!"
"We'll continue tomorrow for your next lesson"

"Get the fuck away from me!"
John would then attempt to use the beams of energy that he had from Blyke to hit the handcuffs, however, once he held his hands out, nothing came from his fingers. He then looked at his hand, as he looked shocked
"W-what...? Why can't I—"

"Now, now. I can see you're confused. How old are you, dear boy?"
John would continue to glare at him as he held his hands back and didn't answer. He would look up to him with pure fear, and on impulse, John began to run down the street.
"*Sigh*
Why are kids so difficult...?"

The man then used his speed as he reluctantly sped up directly behind John, and knocked him out in an instant by hitting his neck with the chop of his hand. John would fall to the floor as his pupils went to his head, while the man then grabbed him by the back of his shirt to prevent him from falling to the floor.
"The 2cd villianous person to 'Appear' our of nowhere today... Wonder what is happening in this City? Anyway, let's get this boy to the station..."
The man said, as he picked up John and carried him on his shoulders as he ran down the street. He would jog down as people yelled out cries of amazement at the man's heroism.
"Oh my God, he took out the Villain!"
"The monster is gone, the #1 Hero has beaten him without even a scratch!"
"Of course he did, after all, he is 'All Might'"
