chapter 8: purrfect to me

-tommy's pov-

i didnt expect y/n to be this excited but i was glad she liked it. she pulled me to jump around with her. we held hands, i was probably a blushing mess at this point, i dont hink she noticed with her closed eyes and her cheshire cat like smile. everything went into slow motion, like a movie. her ethereal y/h/c colored hair was flowing around like disney princess, but shes better than that, shes was much better than those disney princesses. i was head over heels for her. she was different, she was funny, smart, pretty, and her sense of fashion, was amazing. she always knew how to make me feel better. her beautiful y/e/c eyes made me fall deeper and deeper into a field of daisies, shes swept me off my feet whenever i look at her. i was too focused on her i realized all the other people disappeared and it was only me and her left jumping around. i didnt mind it was just me and her, the background started changing into space. we were floating, y/n looked at me. "i love you, tommy" she whispered. "w-what?"

"i said im having so much fun!"

everything snapped back to reality "o-oh me too" i said, tommy snap out of it. y/n only thinks of you as a friend, nothing more nothing less. but yet, i cant push my feelings aside.

"so where are we off next bigman!" i said before i chuckled, the blonde boy looked at his watch. "well do you wanna go on a boat ride with me m'lady" he said ashe went on one knee, "bien sur" (of course)we both laughed "and when did you learn french?" "im an intelligent women if i say so myself" i remark with a sarcastic tone. he giggled and we got back to the car as he drove off.

"we're here!" tommy said as he stopped the engine, he got out of the car and opened my door, "gentlemaninnit" i said as we walked up to pay for a boat ride. "would you guys like a boat driver or you want to drive it by yourselves" the employer said, tommy looked at me with that grin, a mischevious grin. "no dont you dare to-" "my friend y/n over here is a great driver!" he patted my head. the employer laughed and lead us the way. we got to the boat and tommy started laughing "TOMMY WHAT THE HELL WE ARE GOING TO DROWN!" i said with a chuckle, "dont be dramatic y/n its probably easy just move the pedals back and forth." "n-no i cant do it! i might mess up and we drown" he grinned "dont worry ill guide you" he replied as he held my hand, i looked away as my cheeks went a slight pink.

everything was going smoothly, i focused on his voice and we got around the boat passageway. it was going great, until. "youre pretty when youre serious"

"what"

i stopped into his words, before i knew it my cheeks were as red as a tomato. i looked at him as he was smiling with his eyes closed. he opened them and probably saw how red i was. when *BAAM!* another boat bumped into us, i fell onto tommy forcing me to hug his chest. nothing but butterflies in my stomach and my head filled with hearts. "we are so sorry!" they said as they moved their boat, "haha its fine" tommy said, in a calm voice. he put his arms on my head "woman when do you plan to move" he said in a teasing voice. i pulled away and put my hand behind my neck, "s-sorry" i stuttered, when he started laughing, i forced a laugh until a real one came out. "y-your f-face! aHAHAHAH!" the boy said, "i- thats not funny tommy!" i said a little more serious, i didnt like it that tommy played with my emotions like that. his laugh fainted, "sorry y/n, want me to boat us back?" "yeah" i replied as i chuckled.

we drove back home and to his house where his mom greated us with dinner. "how was your day tommy and y/n?" his mom asked as she passed the salt. "it was good mrs. simons, tommy and i had a pleasant day!" she giggled, "thats good thats good! are you okay with sleeping in an air-up bed? we dont have an extra room so youll have to sleep in tommy's room" she said a little worried, "its completely fine! no need for worries" i smiled. after we ate i got the plates and headed on the dishwasher when tommy's mom stopped me "we've got it from here darling, you get into some comfy clothes upstairs" she said, i smiled and went upstairs to see tommy already up there "are you gonna stream?" i asked, he shook his head "nope maybe tomorrow though" i got my night clothes and went to the bathroom to change and brush my teeth. i got out to see tommy on his phone on his bed, i grabbed a pillow i saw in the floor and threw it at his face. "your turn bitchboy" i chuckled as he threw the pillow back to me, "nope im okay in these clothes" "ew you sleep in jeans?" "shut up woman" i fixed my dirty clothes and sat on his gaming chair. i played some bedwar in his account as he yelled and laughed at me whenever i messed up, after some time it became awfully quiet, i reckon tommy was asleep so i went out of minecraft and looked over to tommy. he was sleeping like a peaceful baby, i smiled at him before i turned off the lights and went to bed.
