Brian had just called me over to his house to talk things over. I knock on his door and he answers. "Hi Roxy. Come on in." He gestures inside, and I walk in and go sit on the couch. He sits down next to me "what did you need me for?" I sigh. "It's about my habit. I need you to stay with me to help me stop." I shake my head "Brian, I've been trying to help you out for a year. You're still not stopping. I don't know what else to do." He sighs "It'll get worse if you leave me, I need you, Roxanne." I hate when people call me by my real name. "I'll only stay with you unless you stop. I hate what you're doing to yourself."."But you know how much he meant to me!!"."He wouldn't like what you're doing either. None of us do. You need to clean up your act". "He wouldn't care what I'm doing, he was on drugs when he died!!!". "Brian please don't yell at me. I'm only trying to help." "Well you're not helping enough!!". "This is why I want to leave you Brian. You torture me telling me that I'm not good enough to help you.". "Do not!". "I've had enough of this. Bye, Brian." I stand up and start walking out of his house which reeked of cigarettes and weed, and God knows what other drugs he's been on. I hear Brian's footsteps coming closer to me.
