If Bluestar Never Gave Up Her Kits

"The moon is as round as Moonstone." Sunstar remarked to Tawnyspots. 

If only I knew what it looked like! Bluefur thought.

Where is Oakheart.... there!

Bluefur quietly joined Oakheart.

"Oakheart, I need to talk to you!"

"I'll be there in a minute" He whispered. 

He was speaking to a Windclan warrior whose name Bluefur didn't know.

Crookedstar was behind Oakheart when he came.

"You brought HIM!"

"He knows, like you would tell your sister if she was .. there."

Pain struck Bluestars heart. But he was right, she would indeed tell Snowfur.

"I'm keeping the kits." She mewed a few mintues later.

"Crookedstar, you need to be on the Rock. The other leaders are waiting."

"Don't tell anyone." Oakheart mewed to him.

Crookedstar nodded.

"You want to keep the kits, then I will join Thunderclan!"

"You will WHAT!"

"I want the kits to know who I am but I can't like this. If I remain in Riverclan then I'll only see them when they are apprenticed. Please don't worry about me, If you are made deputy then leader I'll be deputy right?" He said this in a whisper.

"Of course but -"

"Bluefur stop yapping and come and listen to the leaders!" Tawnyspots hissed.

 Stromtail wasn't far behind and didn't seem impressed.

"Talk after the gathering, where we made the nest."

He nodded and Bluefur sat beside Frostfur.

Bluefur didn't listen to the gathering and instead Oakhearts words echoed in her head.

If you are made deputy then leader I'll be deputy right?"

What if I never made deputy or leader?

She looked up to the stars when the gathering was done.

"Why do I have to suffer so much, I just want to keep my kits and become the best warrior ever but instead you have a different plan for me. How can I give up my kits and suffer my whole life!"
