Kakashi's daughter, Sasuke's lover? What? ch 7

I laughed as Riya pegged a snowball at me, I grinned as I threw one back. We both stopped playing when both our parents came into view. It was time to say goodbye,

"Ja ne Riri-chan." I whispered holding out my hand,

"J-Ja ne Aya-chan." I sniffled, our gloved hands let go of each other,

"Have fun at Konaha, make lots of new friends." Kiara, Riya's mum called as we trudged out of the village. I smiled and gave Riya one last wave before my family and I left the village, I looked up at my mum,

"Okaa-san. Why do we have to leave?" She smiled down at me,

"Because, Oto-san and Tirone nii-san are working very hard in the leaf village, they want us to go live there." I pouted,

"But Okaa-san, I wanna stay with Riya." She laughed, some of her white hair falling in her face, she quickly brushed it behind her ear. Her blue eyes sparkled, the eyes that I had inherited,

"I know honey I know. But don't you want to see Oto-san and Tirone nii-san?" I nodded, "Then we have to leave." I sighed in defeat and continued walking through the snow, she looked down at me,

"Ayame." She cooed softly, "Ayame." Her voice was a little louder now. I cocked my head to the side, "Ayame!" It wasn't her voice anymore.

I screamed as i rolled out of bed and onto the floor, I rubbed my head and looked up at an angry Kakashi,

"Ayame, time for a mission." I sighed, "Hey! No complaining! You missed the first mission we got; we had to do it without you!" I looked at him in surprise,

"Nani *What*?!" He sighed,

"You wouldn't wake up so we had to leave you. Now that you're awake you need to come on a mission or you're in big trouble." I sighed,

"I'll be out in a minute." Kakashi nodded and walked out of my room. Was I really that tired? I shrugged and went to go through everything I normally did in the morning. I put on my outfit and walked out of my bedroom door, pretty much getting pulled out of the house by an annoyed Kakashi. I casually walked into the Hokage's office. He was of course smoking a pipe, I grinned at him,

"Hey Hokage-sama!" He smiled back,

"Ah Ayame! I haven't seen you in a while. My you have grown." I laughed,

"Arigato. You've seem to become wiser!" I winked at him and he laughed, I heard Kakashi sigh from behind me,

"Now is not the time to be catching up. Didn't you say we have a mission?" The Hokage nodded and looked at a piece of paper in front of him; I turned around to see the rest of my team. I smiled and went to join them. The Hokage started to read out the names of missions we might go on but Naruto seemed to have other ideas,

"Nuh uh! No way! Boring! I'm Naruto Uzumaki! The greatest ninja in my time and I want a real mission! Not some lousy chores!" I sighed, here we go. Iruka stood up in his seat,

"Don't talk to lord Hokage in such a manner! You are but genin! You do D rank missions!" Iruka yelled angrily,

"Calm down Iruka." The Hokage started to explain the whole reason for ranks. I got bored and started to listen to Naruto explain about this 'cool' new ramen he'd tasted,

"HEY!" I heard someone shout, we all turned towards the Hokage,

"Oh. Sorry. Go on." Kakashi sighed, I grinned. The Hokage sighed,

"Because you're all so willing to have a tougher mission, I'll give you a C rank. You will escort this man to his home town. I clapped,

"Yay!" Just then, the door opened, revealing a rather intoxicated man. He sculled some of his drink and looked at all of us,

"I'm supposed to trust my life with a bunch of snot nosed kids? And what about you? With the funny get up! We're not travelling to the north pole you know." I shrugged and crossed my arms,

"This is how I like to dress. I'm not making fun of your outfit, my make fun of mine?" He growled me; he then looked over at Naruto,

"And you, I'm supposed to trust my life to the midget with the idiotic look on his face?" Naruto laughed,

"Who's the midget with the idiotic look on his face?" I sighed and we all stood in a line, Sasuke the tallest, then Sakura, them me and lastly Naruto. He growled and lunged for the man,

"I'm going to demolish you! Let me at him!" Kakashi sighed,

"No, you're not. We're supposed to protect him. Not kill him." Then man took another scull of his drink,

"My name is Tazuna, I'm a master bridge builder and a very important man in my village. I expect you to protect me with your life." I smiled politely,

"If that is what you wish, it shall be done."

"Wow! This is so cool! I'm a traveller now! Believe it!" Naruto cried happily as he took his first step out the gate,

"Naruto, what are you doing?" Sakura asked wearily. I sighed and ignored them all, dropping to the back. I put my arms behind my head and looked around, this wasn't my first time but it had been a while. I let out a surprised yelp when I felt someone touch my shoulder, it was Sasuke, he had an amused expression on his face. I pursed my lips,

"That wasn't funny." He grinned,

"To you maybe not." I sighed and smiled, I then felt my face going red and I quickly looked at the ground,

"U-Uh. I never got to say thank you." I scratched the back of my head,

"It was nothing." He replied as if it was no big deal,

"But it is! I'm sorry I bombarded you with all that! I shouldn't have done that and-"

"Ayame," Kakashi cut me off, "Are you alright?" I looked up at a concerned looking Kakashi, I quickly shook my head,

"I'm fine Oto-" He gave me a warning look, I rolled my eyes, "Kaka sensei." He smiled and turned back so he was facing the front,

"Hey Sasuke!" Sakura called, I heard Sasuke's agonised groan beside me, "Come up here with me!" I looked at him and he shook his head,

"I'll stay back here." Sakura looked at Sasuke hurt, then at me with a look full of jealously, I shook my head at Sasuke,

"You don't have to stay with me! You should go and-" I stopped talking when I saw the look on his face, he was looking at me with an expression I'd never seen before. He then snapped his head forward, his face then turning blank. I looked forward confused, Why is he so hard to figure out?
