3rd person pov.
Inko Midoriya is in the hospital from fainting. She was scared because she fell forward onto her stomach and she is 8 months pregnant. It turned out the way she landed was right where the baby's head was at the time. When the doctor couldn't find any indication of the baby being alive they decided to do an emergency c-section to try and save the baby.
After the c-section they saved Izuku which is what Hisashi (izuku's father) named him, unfortunately Inko died from blood loss. Izuku had to stay in the hospital for about a month because of him being born a month too soon.
Time skip
3rd person pov.
Hisashi was finally able to take Izuku home, but was it the right thing? After Inko died he turned to villainy he would rob small businesses so nothing compared to some villains but no one knew it was him. He also hated izuku. In his mind it was his fault that Inko died. The doctors, unaware of the 2 years of tourture Izuku was about to endure, sent him home with Hisashi.
For about a year Hisashi took care of Izuku but, as soon as he was old enough to walk, he was locked in the basement for days at a time, only let out once a week to eat and this went on for 2 years until…
