We headed back to Cal's house hand in hand when my phone buzzed in my pocket. I check my phone to see its a text from Ash.
Ashton: Hey me and Mikey are here at Cals. Where are you guys?
Me: We were at the park. We're heading back. Be there in a few.
"Who that?" Cal asks
"Ash. He says him and Michael are at your house."
"Really?! Oh god! Michael is going to say something stupid! I just know it! Hurry up!" He says letting go of my hand and taking off like a gasele being chased by a lion.
"I'm coming, I'm coming!" I say trailing behind him.
As we were running my perfectly stilled quiff begins to fall. It looked really good today too.
"Dammit!" I yell trying to fix it while still running. "My hair is falling flat!"
"Oh suck it up Hemmings! You look good either way but hurry your skinny butt up!" I smile to myself at his odly phrases compliment but keep running.
We reach the house and look through the window. We see Mikey sitting in the living room with Ash, Mali and Cal's mom. They're laughing and Cal has a worried look on his face.
"Babe, is everything alright? Is there something you wanna tell me?" I ask panting but grab his hand.
"Uhmm....well when I was younger," he starts "me and Mikey would hang out and what not." He's panting too.
"Yeah, I already know that. What's so bad about it?"
"W-when we would hang out....we would do stupid stuff...." He looks pretty embarrassed. What did he do? I want to know but I don't want to push him.
"Well you can tell me later. Let's just go inside." I say.
"OK," he says. "That's a good idea."
We step inside and all I hear is Mikey's voice.
"And I actually convinced him to jump in my pool naked! I'm sorry Joy but it was just too funny!"
I turn to Calum and see him flush a tomato red color and cover his face. I giggle at the thought of seeing naked Calum jump in a pool. Then I start thinking of just his body. His muscular body inked with some tattoos and him just....LUKE!! What is wrong with me?! I shake my head to stop the images. We step in a little more and they all spot us.
"Hey hunny how was the walk? Didn't happen to run into any open pools did you?" His mom says and everyone bursts into laughter except me and Cal.
"Mom, please stop." Cal whines.
"Come on, knock it off." Mail says. "I'm sorry little bro, they're being mean. They need to loosen their cape a bit..." She says with a smirk and bursts into laughter.
I look at Ash and Mikey on the opposite couch. Michael is on the floor dying of laughter and Ash fills the whole room with his loud giggles.
"When I was little, I would run around the house with a towel tied to my neck and pretend I was a superhero." Cal says, his head down. He seems so ashamed but I think that is the cutest thing!
"That's actually really adorable Cal." I say and he just shakes his head.
"Mikey, Luke, Ash, let's go to my room please?" He says and we all head to his room.
"Nice seeing you all!" Joy says and we all reply with a 'you too'
"See ya later, Cal-Pal!" Mali says and I immediately remember earlier when she says that to him and he brushed her off.
