"I AM GAY AND PROUD OF IT!!" Jungkook bellowed into the night. He smiled so widely his cheeks hurt. At that moment, the trees seemed to dance happier, the moon shone brighter and the stars twinkled with laughter. It was as if the night itself and everything in it were joyous with him.
He laughed, loudly and freely, something he hadn't done in a long time, something his nerves won't let him do since he decided to tell his parents. The black hole at the pit of his stomach closed up momentarily and, though for a short while the pestering pain in his shoulders lifted, his whole body felt lighter and once he turned to Jimin, his heart stopped.
The moon shone on the man's sinful silver hair, his beautiful eyes captivated his whole being, his carefree yet graceful posture, and the pure way he laughed. Jungkook could almost see his glittering translucent wings, and if Jungkook wasn't careful the angel-like being would fly into the night and disappear.
And as the man wrapped his arms around him Jungkook's heart slammed against his chest. Heat rushed to his face and tears to his eyes.
"You're an angel." He whispered.
And as Jimin left, Jungkook flopped on his bed with a grin on his face and a skip in his heartbeat.
He sat on the edge of his bed processing all that happened. Jimin truly was an angel. Jungkook never thought anyone would ever come up and say those words to him. A shade of red came to his face thinking about him. He then heard a knock on the door."Come in." He took a deep breath, fixing his hair, thinking it must be his parents again. To his surprise, the door opened to reveal Ji-young.
"Hi, did my brother come here?" She asked.
"Umm yeah but he just left," replied Jungkook, he was confused at her calm demeanor because he expected Ji-young to be angry at him for rejecting her and embarrassing her in such a way.
"Haha I knew he would come." she giggled to herself and was about to leave and close the door but Jungkook stopped her.
"Um, Ji-young? Can I talk to you please?" Ji-young nodded and came in."Yeah of course. What you wanna talk about??"
"Ji-young...I...am sorry I'm really sorry, I shouldn't have done that and embarrassed you in front of everyone. I just felt that the sooner I end this, the better. Though now I realize I should have probably pulled you aside and told you first." He apologized because he felt guilty. He didn't want to have to tell her this way.
Ji-young laughed and leaned her head back "Listen Jungkook the idea of marrying you was surely great and I liked it. But let me tell you there were no feelings involved, I mean, we only just met! And besides, you did what was right for you. And I'm happy for you."
"Thank you so much Ji-young I was so upset that I behaved that way and thought I hurt your feelings but you have such an understanding nature." Jungkook was happy to know that Rita was okay.
Rita smiled at him and said, "But I want to ask you to do one thing for me."
Jungkook furrowed his brows.
"If I can't marry The Jeon Jungkook, at least I would like to be friends with him."
Jungkook giggled "Haha sure! I expected you to ask me to sell my soul to Satan since the day has been wild"
Both of them laughed together. As she left his room Jungkook flopped back on his bed, this time with a huge grin on his face. It was a wild day and it had left Jungkook feeling all kinds of ways.
