xion's pov

"i think i have a crush on that youngjo guy." hwanwoong stated.

there was this silence where the only thing we did after hwanwoong said that was staring at each other until i replied,,

"you what!?!?!?!?" i said , not believing what i'm hearing right now.

"yes , i guess i have a crush on him BUT idk if he likes me or not , maybe he has a girlfriend already" hwanwoong said, disappointed.

"noooo, don't think of it that wayyy. i'm sure he's single, don't worry about it" i said , assuringly .

"how can you know? you just met him today" hwanwoong asked.

"keonhee said he's gay. and he's single. well at least that's what seoho hyung told keonhee. so like don't worry about it."

"hm, okay yea sure. i won't worry about it much. it's not really important anyways." hwanwoong said and walked into the classroom as i followed him from behind.

okay now class dismissed, i'm not giving you homeworks so get some rest okayy~ see yall next month! have a nice holiday.

"aight hwanwoong letsgooo" i exclaimed happily.

"alrightyyyy" he replied.

me and hwanwoong and me was walking down the corridor on the way out of the school building until someone came to me,  grabbed me by the hand and pulled be to the back a bit, not too far from hwanwoong.

"hi baby" niki said and placed a kiss on my forehead. i just giggled at him being so cute.

" hi niki ah. aren't you going home? " i asked.

" i'm planning on bringing you to the park " he said excitedly.

" but i have to go home with hwanwoong " i said , while looking at woong, feeling guilty.

"it's okay dongju ah, you can go with him. just make sure to be home before 9pm. i'll tell keonhee about this." hwanwoong said, showing a smile.

"realllyyyyyyy, thank you woong ah :3" i thanked him and then hugged him tightly.

"so can we go now?" niki asked and i nodded.

"we'll be off now , byee woong-ah" i said as i took niki hand and hold to it while walking out of the building, leaving hwanwoong behind.

hwanwoong's pov

why do i have a bad feeling about his relationship? i don't know but this just feels wrong. ugh i shouldn't think negative about this. just stop overthinking hwanwoong.

"ya woong-ah" , keonhee shouted.

"yeaa i'm heree" i responded.

ouh so it looks like all of them are here. keonhee, seoho and y-youngjo.... is here too?

"hye hwanwoong" youngjo greeted with a smile and i returned it.

"where's dongju?" seoho asked.

"ahh niki asked him to go to a park together, their first date i guess." i stated.

"without telling me??" keonhee said.

"it was so sudden, dongju didn't have the time to even open his phone" i said, giving an excuse.

"ouh well okay then let's go to a cafe? i'm craving for a cheesecake." keonhee asked.

"yea yea sure" the rest of us replied.

so we walked in pairs so that it'll be easier. since keonhee and seoho are dating and they're walking at the front , urm it leaves me and youngjo at the back here to walk together. bro keonhee and seoho are super noisy like yall don't expect how noisy they are. my ears may bleed hearing them talking so much.

"damn these two lovebirds, noisy asf." i murmured and youngjo heard it.

"yea, bruh seoho is already so noisy with me but when with keonhee? it's double."

"no triple" i said while giggling as he chuckled.

" you're cute , and short :3 " ravn said which made me hit him at the arm a few times and the both of us laughed afterwards.

so we had to cross the road to get to the cafe. keonhee and seoho went first since they were in front of us. after they had crossed, it's our turn. i walked first because i was kinda shy to walk in pairs with him. as i was walking, i heard a voice yelled "hwanwoong watch out!" and the next thing i knew was i'm at the ground, a car is in front of me and i am hugged by somebody from the back.
i turned my head a bit to the back and  i saw youngjo hugging me with his eyes closed.

"youngjo ya, are you okay?" i asked , concerned.

"huh? why you're asking about me? you should be worried about yourself. are you okay?" youngjo said while looking at me with a worried expression plastered on his face.

"i-im fine..." i said , staring at the ground processing about what happened earlier as youngjo stood up and fix his clothes a little.

"hwanwoong ah, here take my hand. i'll help you get up". he offered.

"no no its okay i can get up by myself thank you." i said. i tried to stand up but my legs got wobbly for some reason and i fell down on the ground.

"aish cmon get up" he took my hand and pulled me up but suddenly the both of us let go of each other and hissed in pain while holding our wrists.

our marks burned.

we just looked at each other in disbelief and stayed in silence. there were no cars using this road at this hour so it was completely silent. seoho and keonhee just looked at us from afar.

seoho's pov

"ya what are they doing staring at each other." i sighed.

"ya! can't you see? they found out that they're soulmates. their marks burned." keonhee said.

third person's pov

"y-you're my soulmate?!?!?!?!" both hwanwoong and youngjo said in confusion while holding their wrists where their yellow leaf mark burned.
