Narrator: "I suppose it all started with this snow. You see, it was a very special kind of snow. A snow to make the happy happier and the giddy even giddier. A snow to make a homecoming homier and natural enemies friends, naturally. For it was the first snow of the season. And as any child can tell you, there's a certain magic to the very first snow. Especially when it falls on the day before Christmas. For when the first snow is also a Christmas snow, something wonderful is bound to happen."

(At a schoolhouse)

(The kids were making snowflakes on the windows, while watching the snow fall)

Kids: (Laughing)

Poppy: Wow! The kids sure love the snow just like we do. Thanks for inviting me and Branch to come visit your cousin.

Kelsey: Your welcome, Poppy. Karen's a really nice girl and she likes Balto too.

Balto: So does her friends. It was also nice of her to invite us for a Christmas party at school.

Teacher: (Taps ruler on the desk) Children, back to your seats. The snow can wait.

Kids: (Groaning) (Goes to their seats)

Branch: Aw man. We were just getting excited. (Sits down)

Teacher: Now, now. I've hired Professor Hinkle, the magician, to entertain us at today's class Christmas party, so pay attention!

(Prof. Hinkle steps forward)

Narrator: "Now, Professor Hinkle was just about the worst magician in the world."

Kelsey: (Whispers) I've heard that the critics from Britain had gave him 4 stars on his performance.

Balto: (Whispers) How bad can he be?

(Prof. Hinkle tipped his hat, but all of his tricks fell out)

Branch: (Laughs) What a loser!

Poppy: Branch, shh!

Prof. Hinkle: (Regained his posture) (Brings out an egg) And so, I put the magic eggs into my hat. (Drops it in his hat) Abracadabra, to coin a phrase. (Laughing) And voila, the eggs have turned into... (Tips his hat over)

(The eggs fell on the ground and cracked)

Prof. Hinkle: (Pulls out a hankerchief) Messy, messy, messy. (Covers the mess and shakes his head in embarrassment)

Kids: (Groans)

Poppy: On second thought, Branch. You're right.

Prof. Hinkle: Where is that rabbit? Hocus Pocus! Where are you? (Digs through his hat) Bah, the only thing this hat's good for is the trash can! (Tosses it away)

(It missed the can and out pops a white bunny, who waves)

Poppy: Awww! So cute!

(The hat lands on Hocus)

(He begins hopping all over the classroom)

(Prof. Hinkle tries to get him, but misses)

Kids: (Laughing)

(The bell rings)

Kelsey: All right! School's out!

Kids: (Cheering) (Ran out of their seats, carrying Prof. Hinkle by accident)

Prof. Hinkle: You desert Hinkle the, ouch! For some stupid, ow! (Falls down) Frozen water?

Kelsey: (Running past him with Balto, Branch, and Poppy) Sorry, pal. We're in a hurry to play!
