21. Awake

No One's POV

After that night it was a new day, like obviously. It was moring but pretty dark thought. It's because it's really early in the morning. So obviously you will think that everyone is sleeping right now right? Well, acutally.....no. More than half of the palace is awake right now. Because there has been an emergency. No, no one has died..... unfortunately... Ok, I am just kidding. But seriously, no one is hurt but it's just something important is having a problem right now. The Seven Crystals.

The Queen with her guards ran to the grand library. She walked down to the stairs and went to the bottom floor. There was a gold gate in front of her. There was a hand scanner. She first scanned her hands, then her face, her eyes. After doing that all gate opened. They entered quickly. The door closed right after they entered, so no one else can enter if there was chasing happening.

She was finally in a huge room that was full of technical stuff. Yes, their kingdom was the one that brought technology to other kingdoms and also to the earth. So there were computers everywhere. Wires attached to 7 huge cylinders that were holding 7 very precious crystals. They were the colour of the rainbow. Like on was red and another was orange, you get the point.

"What is the exact problem" The queen spoke while catching her breath. "Your Highness, the seventh crystal particularly is starting to give some unknown colours out of its limitations. It is blinking from light blue to dark blue"

"Hmm. If it was blinking red then it would have obviously meant that there was some danger to either the protector or the kingdom in a specific way. But even in the past, I have never seen any of the crystals start blinking blue. I think we to call the princes. Tell them about the situation as well. And if they start whining then pull them here. Don't worry you have my permission. Also, be careful about not waking up Namjoon."

The guards immediately ran to the 7 boys' room. The 7 of them are staying in one overly big room. Yes, there are hundreds of rooms in the palace but the boys just want to be together they all like each other's company. They all have their own study room though. So if they want to have an alone time or just have to study then they can do it there. Let's go back to the princess' room.

The guards first softly knocked on the door then came inside. The room was dark, not that dark actually because the blue night lights were on. They were all wearing robes.

Taehyung was completely upside-down on his bed. Jungkook was sucking on his thumb like the baby he is. His muscular chest was almost fully exposed because of him not wearing the robe properly. Maybe he is not THAT much of a baby. Jimin was in a very weird position. He was sleeping with the back facing up, but the weird thing was that his thick butt was not resting on the bed but was up in the air.

Yoongi was clinging onto Hosoek who was also clinging onto Yoongi. Lastly, the luckiest person of them all, Jin, was tightly hugging a Namjoon who had is his cute face in Jin's chest.

The guards first woke up Yoongi and Hoseok. "Yah! How dare you wake me up from my precious sleep!?" Yoongi spoke with a grumpy and sleepy voice. "Hyung, calm down." Hoseok calmed him down. The guards explained to them the important situation. Right after that, both of their eyes widened and they jumped out of the bed then ran to change from their nightclothes into something appropriate. Jin woke up and overheard their conversation. So he slowly got up without making Namjoon wake up and also ran to the huge dresser to change.

On the other hand for the maknaes. The guards were having a hard time. Taehyung was basically fighting with guard because he took his blanket due to him on waking up. Jimin was arguing with the other guard on why he woke him up and why Jimin shouldn't go to the queen. For Jungkook.....let's just say...he was unwakeable. No, he was not dead, but he was just unwakeable. He was a deep sleeper so it was really hard for the guards to wake him up.

Deafetedly the maknaes got up and also went to the dresser. They were changing into proper clothes. Jungkook was STILL not awake so as a kind Hyung Jimin is, he had to change Kookie into a prince's suit. Hosoek was carrying Yoongi in bridal style because Yoongin threatened him saying that he won't let him enter his study room ever again. Somehow during that all, Jungkook finally decided to wake up and he realised what was happening. "Hyungie, can you please carry me as well," Jungkook said with a super cute voice and also showing his bunny smile to Jimin. "Fine! Come here." Eventually, they all ran to the place. Yoongi was also carrying a huge ancient book in his hand.

Now they were in front of the queen. "Why are you guys carrying them?" The queen sighed. "Mother, Yoongi Hyung threatened me!" Hoseok cried "And Kookie tricked me!" Jimin told. "Ok, ok, whatever. So you do know what you are here for. I need help with finding out why in the world it's blinking and what it means!" "If we look at common meanings of colour, then blue means harmony and peace. I am not sure in this case though" Taehyung said. "Umm, I do have the book with me" Yoongi announced.

"Then it would be kind of you to at least find something in it and help!" The queen said angrily "Well since I have studied this book I will tell you somethings. They are very complicated to explain in simple words but I will try. The primary coloured crystals have a whole different meaning then secondary coloured crystals. The reason is that they are not made from adding any two certain colours. But they can turn to their different shades. The seventh crystal is the one that is the hardest figure out. Because of it being so weak. But if the colour is greater than crystal's own colour or basically darker than it means it's a good thing and a big thing"

"Thank God it doesn't mean anything bad. But what could that good thing be?" "Maybe we will be able to get some great wisdom or have stability in our kingdom. But looking at the colour of the crystal, it's pretty dark so it means something even greater than that has been happened or is going to happen. But the only greatest thing that could happen right now is....." "The crystal finally finding its protector and owner" Jin added with his mouth open. Everyone was shaken.

"How is that possible. It hasn't been found for years. And now... No one has even entered our kingdom yet." "No mother...some has..... Namjoon has. He is the one who just came to our kingdom. What if...." Jungkook stopped saying while figuring everything out. "So you are saying that Namjoon might be the protector?" the queen asked. "He does have a point mother" Hoeseok added. "Then it means that we will have to test him. Great! Everyone start the preparation of the test. It shall take place this afternoon" The queen announced.
