A/N:

Hello once again my dear readers, I hope you're all doing well ^-^

You might have noticed (or not hehe) that I haven't updated in two days and I'm really sorry for that buut..... I got my hair done and it's now like Narcissa's, so I'm so happy about that :')

I know the last chapter was really confusing and all over the place, especially because Aline seems to actually feel something towards Draco....who knows.

I was listening to a playlist and this song came up and when I paid attention to the lyrics it literally fit Aline and Draco's tension & relationship perfectly.

The song is the following:

teeth by 5 seconds of summer: https://open.spotify.com/track/26wLOs3ZuHJa2Ihhx6QIE6?si=H5UJb_bERMuhHfANxF4lRQ

Here are some of the lyrics I thought were most matching:

Call me in the morning to apologize
Something in the way you're looking through my eyes
Don't know if I'm gonna make it out alive

Blood on my shirt, rose in my hand
You're looking at me like you don't know who I am
Blood on my shirt, heart in my hand still beating

Don't forget to fave the story if you enjoy it! :)

Anyways here is the new chapter "legilimency":

_______________________________________________________________

The next day the sun finally rose, filling the sky with shades of orange, pink, peach and magenta, amber and rose, radiating hope, a new beginning. The astronomy tower lit up in colors as the sun continued rising. Songbirds awoke from their sleep, tweeting and chirping pleasing melodies. The astronomy tower was the tallest in Hogwarts, it lied almost directly above the front doors of the castle. It was also surrounded by a parapet and was tall enough to have a perfect view of the fiery morning sky.

Aline had gotten up earlier than usual. The feeling of anger she had sensed the night before barely let her close her eyes. As soon as her eyelids had felt heavier and fell shut, tangled and dim nightmares rose her back up, ripping her out of her fatigue. As a result of this she had decided to enjoy the few quiet moments the big and noisy castle offered on top of its highest tower.

Leaning onto the fence of the parapet, Aline was gazing onto the now brighter rising sun on the horizon. Her green Slytherin robe waved in the slight fresh morning breeze and caressed her calf slightly. Even though it was the weekend, and they were technically not obliged to wear their school uniform, Aline had still decided to wear hers, her thought mostly on impressing Umbridge. The cold that flowed through her body was quickly replaced by the warm sun rays that were now shining upon the Astronomy Tower.

She enjoyed not having to think about anything for once. In that very moment, sun rays hitting her face warming up her body, every such grand problem seemed like a tiny dot in the spectrum of a giant painted picture. Another brush of gentle wind lifted her robe up again, bringing her and her thoughts back to reality.

Aline had agreed to meet Fred Weasley for breakfast in the Great Hall. In contrast to the weekdays on weekends students could eat breakfast at any time, there were no set-in stone rules or times. Taking a few steps backwards, Aline gazed towards the horizon. She wished this moment would last forever.

While she was stepping down the spiral staircase of the Astronomy Tower her mind travelled to the task ahead. The goal of this day was to convince Umbridge to brief her about the Memory Charm. Aline wanted to know more about why she couldn't remember everything, why there were gaps in her memories and why she could only remember the emotions she felt in these heavy moments but not the moments themselves.
