She can turn her hair into snakes and depending on her emotion is how hostile they get. Her snakes will do anything to protect Miley. When they bite a someone, the person will get paralyzed to up to an hour unless she chooses to break them out. She can turn people to stone who look in her eyes if she pleases. She can turn her quirk on and off. When her eyes are glowing green, she is using her quirk also her snakes will start rattling. When she turns her quirk off everything goes back to normal.
WEAKNESS: She gets really dizzy and tired. Sometimes if she is extremely angry her snakes will go rogue and will appear against her will.
Banshee:
She can extremely loud, depending on what pitch she screams out it could be used to kill. The lower the pitch the less damage she will cause. The higher the pitch it will create more damage. When she is using this quirk her hair rises while she is screaming and right about top use it.
WEAKNESS: She could lose her voice for up to a day. Its also harder to control banshee with higher pitches.
Background:
When she was little her parents couldnt keep up with a child and knowing she would have a strong quirk made them stressed. So, they took their child and put her on a random doorstep and knocked on the door. After that they ran, never to be seen again. The person that lived in the house was none other than the pro hero Present Mic.
He looked down at the baby on his doorstep and picked her up.
"Hello? Helloooo? Anyone there? You left a child?" He asked out loud looking side to side.
Hmm He hummed and turned around and walked in the house. He looked at his friends Shouta Aizawa (Erasure Head) and Nemuri Kayama (Midnight).
"What do you have now Hizashi?" Midnight asked looking at him.
"Um a baby?" He said with a questioned look.
"A BABY?!" Midnight yelled jumping up and pulling the child from the blonde.
"Oh, my goodness! Shes so beautiful! Wait where did you get a child?" She asked looking at him while she was still holding the black-haired girl to her chest.
"She was left on the doorstep." He said. Everyone looked at each other than at the girl.
Within a week the 18-month-old girl was now the daughter of the pro hero Present Mic. Within the years yet to comeher family will just get bigger. Miley met all of the pro heroes. Everyone at UA became either aunts or uncles to the young girl. Aizawa helped her with her quirk. He also was really set on pushing her to her full extent in training.
PERSONALITY:
She is sweet and loves to help anyone she can. However, she will not put up with people who are rude and ignorant. She tries to keep a level head because of her quirk.
