It was really late and Asami was starting to get a little cold since the venue was in the Southern Water Tribe. The now married couple were heading home after a long but memorable day. Asami was in the drivers seat and was trying to keep as warm as possible so they could get home safely.

Korra looked over to her wife as she started to make fast noises with her teeth. Korra giggled a little bit before asking Asami a question. "Want me to drive for you?" "N..n...no," Asami said through her shaking teeth, "I've se... seen .. yo....you drive before.. itssssss t..t....terrible!" Korra giggled and soon after Asami stopped dead on the road and after pulling the handbrake up she curled into a tiny ball.

Korra looked at her confused. She saw how cold she was and decided to un buckle her belt. She hopped out of the car and opened Asami's door causing more air to rush into Asami's face. Asami stared at Korra angrily. "Hey dont start off with your mood swings babe I'm just trying to help." Korra fearfully said afraid of what Asami might do next.

Korra un buckled Asami's belt and carried her out of the car putting her in the passenger seat and buckled her down. Korra then went back to the drivers seat buckled her self in and started the engine.

A few minutes later they were home safely without a scratch or dent which was rather surprising to Asami. Korra ran with Asami in her arms right into their house. She galloped to put the heater on.

As the both of them waited for the house to warm up Korra ran upstairs to grab all the covers and pillows she could find. When she had as much as she could find she carefully went downstairs again and covered Asami trying to get her as warm as possible. She placed a few pillows behind her back and when Korra realised she was very comfortable she dashed to the large modern kitchen. She put the kettle on preparing to make her and Asami some hot chocolate.

After a few minutes the two lovers were snuggling together, Asami in Korra's arms, sipping away on their warm tasty drinks.

"So..... wanna tell me why you were crying earlier?" Korra asked Asami.

Trusting and knowing Korra would be there for her and wouldnt judge her she spoke: "Well I was devastated that ... my dad ... wasnt there .. to walk me down the aisle."
Korra's eyes widened in sadness at the words 'dad' knowing where it was going.

A tear escaped Asami's eyes. "You're the only family I have left Korra and I dont ever wanna loose you." Asami tried to sneak a smile in but she was so hurt. Korra went for Asami's chin and made her look right into her ocean eyes. "I swear on my life Sami I'll never leave you even when I die my spirit will always be with you and in the new avatar so you know where to find me." Korra smiled at Asami whilst wiping a tear off her cheek. Korra kissed her forehead lightly and whispered into her ear: "So what do you think about kids?"

"I think we'll be great parents so my answer is yes but we're gonna have to wait a few years you know just to settle in with stuff and see if we could cope with kids. That's a big responsibility you know... looking after kids. We'll have to help them shower, get ready for school, get them to school, help them with homework, teaching them bending, feed them, pay th-" Asami was interrupted by Korra.
"Shhhhh. Everything's going to be fine. Trust me. And stop putting so much stress and pressure on your shoulders I dont like the stressed you makes me feel worried." Korra said.

"Worried. What do you mean worried?" Asami questioned.

"Well I know what happens if this carrys on." Korra replied

"What happens?"

"Well due to so much stress you could become depressed and if that happens you wont wanna live anymore and.... I hate to say what happens next because i dont want anything bad happening to you."

Asami quickly caught on. "Oh..."

"So anyways do you want to watch a mover?" Korra said trying to change the topic.

"Sure how about Nuktuk hero of the south?"

"Alright."

After watching the mover Korra found out that Asami had fell asleep in her arms. She decided it would be better not to move so they both slept on the couch that night lovingly and happily now married.
