Let the games begin| A hunger games fanfic

|Chapter 1|

It was a chilly autumn morning and the Mellarks were getting ready. Willow and Hunter for school, Peeta and Katniss for work. Peeta worked at the Mellark bakery and Katniss was now getting payed for hunting animals for Greasy Sae. Willow was in grade 6 and Hunter grade 2. Hunter and Willow get a lot of attention at school, being the children of two victors. "Willow, Hunter! The bus is coming!"yells Katniss from the kitchen. "We're coming!" Willow and Hunter call in unison. As the children run down the stairs the bus pulls around the corner onto their street. "Have a great day guys" says Katniss kissing them on their foreheads. "Learn lots and have fun" says Peeta hugging the kids. "Bye!" They say running out the door just catching the bus. The kids wave as the bus takes off, Katniss and Peeta wave back until the bus drives out of view. "I love you" says Peeta kissing Katniss on the lips. "So much" Katniss finishes his sentence pulling away from the kiss.
