Jax's pov

As I drink my coffee I hear the front door open and in walks Tig.
"How is she man, I've heard what happened; that dude's her brother?" He asks hanging his kutte up and approaching me, worry on his face.

"Yeah...I don't know what they talked about but she's been depressed ever since." I gesture for him to sit down. "What's the situation with the Irish?" I try to change the subject, I don't think Liz would want everyone talking about her.

"It's Galan and his usual bullshit, Clay can handle him..." He pauses and looks out the window. "Is she still sleeping?"

"It's 8 am..." I respond getting up and putting my cup of coffee on the counter.

"Of course, stupid question."

"She'll be fine Tig, you don't have to worry a-"

Another knock on the door interrupts me. I look at Tig and he shrugs. "Does nobody sleep past nine anymore?" I ask annoyed, heading for the door. What now? I look through the peephole and sigh, opening the door.

In front of me, a surprised Charlie. "Of course..."He chuckles. "You live here too." He awkwardly scratches the back of his head. "Hi...I just need to talk to Lizzy, I think I might've said some things that upset her."

"You think?" I ask sarcastically. "She's still sleeping." I inform him, not moving from the doorway.

"Yeah...of course; Uhm, could I like...come in and wait for her to wake up? Please?"

I think about it for a few moments, then move to the side, allowing him to come in.

"Thanks man, I appreciate it." He steps in and stops in the middle of the hallway, disoriented. I gesture towards the couch and he sits down, making uncomfortable eye contact with Tig, whose glaring at him.

I close the door and walk to the counter, grabbing my coffee and taking a sip, enjoying the hellish atmosphere while Tig continues to stare him down. "So you're her brother?" He asks with superiority and Charlie just nods. "Did you know she was here before you came to Charming?"

Before he could answer, the bedroom door opens and Liz comes out, stopping in the doorway and looking at us.
She sees Charlie, pauses, then rushes into Abel's room, closing the door behind her and letting us all stare at each other, confused.
I go after her and enter the room, shutting the door behind me.
She's sitting on the couch next to Abel's bed. "What's he doing here?" She whispers angrily.

I sit down next to her. "He just showed up, said he's sorry he upset you and wants to talk to you."

"Well I don't want to talk to him." She frowns and crosses her arms.

"What did he tell you? Was it that bad?" I ask concerned.

She looks down at her hands and starts playing with her rings "I just can't talk to him yet...it's complicated. I'll talk to him eventually but not now." She hugs me and I hug her back, caressing her hair. "It's ok if you let him prospect, I know the club needs more people."

I pull away from the hug and look at her. "You sure?" And she nods. "Ok, I'll go tell him to leave then." I wish I didn't need to let him prospect, but we're short...With Piney not participating much and Ope having problems with Donna he's not all that reliable anymore. We need more people who have nothing to live for, but the club; it's a sad reality.

I slowly exit the room, not to wake Abel up and walk into the kitchen to see Tig and Charlie are still in a stare-down. "Just give her some more time." I lean on the wall. "You still want to prospect?"

His eyes widen. "Can I?"

"Just come by the garage later and we'll bring you up to speed on your prospect duties." Tig looks at me in disbelief.

"With that being said, I'll have to escort both of you gentlemen outside." I say jokingly, opening the front door and watching them exit, Charlie happy and Tig angry. I lock the door behind them and the second I do, Liz comes out and rushes to the window, spying through the curtains.

I can't help but laugh. I go over to her and hug her from behind, kissing the top of her head while she concentrates on the two men. I take her hand into mine  and kiss it. "What do you see Sherlock?" I tease her but she doesn't respond. I frown. "You ok?"

"Yeah..." She turns around and hugs me again.

"You feeling extra clingy today?" I try to joke.

"I love you." She says tightening her arms around me.

"I love you too..." I hold her for a few moments. "I'm here if you want to talk...about anything." She caresses my back, which I take as a thank you. "I won't be around today, you ok on your own or should I call Gemma?"

"I'm good. I need to spend time with Abel anyways, I've missed him." She lets go and takes a step back.

"Ok babe, I have to get ready." I kiss her and go into the bathroom, where I brush my teeth while I think of today's tasks. We have to take a vote on Lizzy's brother prospecting for the club, then we have to get those glock shipments from the Tacoma crew and store them in the deposit.

I get dressed and leave Liz in the living room, watching TV. I get to TM and within 15 minutes from calling the table, the vote passes. I go outside to have a smoke before I meet with the Tacoma guys, only to weirdly have Opie join me.

"Can I borrow one?" He asks, already reaching out his hand.

"Yeah..." I offer him the pack and he just slides one out of it. "How's it going?"

"Fine." He answers crossing his arms. "Look man-"

A series of bullets fires towards us and I instantly drop to the floor, covering my head. I try to locate the source of the fire, but before I can understand that it's a drive by, it's already over.

I look around and see that Opie is ok, then, I hear an excruciating scream from inside. Chibs runs outside and quickly scans us. Call an ambulance; it's Piney.
