Todays the day. Our house has been so quiet and depressing lately, it'll be nice to get out. Mom hasn't talked to dad for a while now. I don't blame her he is a complete asshat. Considering what he did to her.  The movers came and got all our shit and we were on the road. That drive was the WORST thing I could ever experience. My parents kept going on and on about this house and how it will be good for us, I don't get it, it's literally just a house in a different state. It's gonna be the same like it was last time now even worse. I'll be the outcast and have no friends or a boyfriend. I'm not a bad person, no one just understands me like I do. We showed up to this big old house. It reminded me of a house from like a horror movie or something. And i'm totally down to live in a house like this. Our relator Marcy gave us a tour I just followed and listened while mom was asking all these questions and of course dad was in awe about the price of It. I did think that its a little strange how the price was so low.

All of them were taking a tour of the kitchen when moms annoying dog Hallie started barking at absolutely nothing. I don't understand this dog but mom needed it after her miscarriage since dad is... well... ya. "Can you please go see what she's barking about Y/n." mom said while looking around the kitchen and at some stupid pasta arm she loved. I said nothing and just walked to the sound of Hallie's barks. As they got louder I knew I was getting closer. And there she is barking at a stupid door, I mean seriously my mom had any dog to choose from and she chose this one. I opened the door to see if there was something behind it she would be barking at. When I opened it I saw the basement, what kind of house has a basement this big. "Damn" I whispered to myself as I saw all of the rooms there was down here. A quiet bang came from behind me causing me to gasp as I turned around, but nothing was there. So I went back up the stairs quickly. As I turned to close the door behind me it looked like a boy walking past the bottom of the stairs. I shook my head thinking I was just imagining things and went to find my parents and the Realtor.

They were all back standing at the middle stair case. I walked over and said "She was barking at the basement door but there's nothing down there, weird dog". My dad scoffed and the Realtors smile fell real quick. She looked at us with a frightening look and said " Oh... by the way I am obligated to tell you about the previous owners of the house". "Why did something bad happen?" mom asked with a confused look plastered over her face. Marcy looked around the house and then back at us and said "Yes, they both died here". My face lit up in curiosity. This is making it more interesting and fun for me. Maybe this house will be better. I walked up the stairs a little bit to get a peek at the long hallway. Turning around I said " Were they murdered here?" Everyone in the room went silent and looked at me, Marcy looked kind of shocked at the fact that I was interested in this. " U-Um yes they were actually" she said barley even being able to finish her sentence.

A smirk popped up on my face without me even noticing it. The room was still silent the only noise you could hear was the sound of the leaves rustling outside with the wind. I walked to the front door but before leaving I turned around the smile on my face still visible I said "We'll take it". And with that Marcy smiled and blurted out "Great"! Both of my parents were still looking at me without even blinking. They were probably shocked at the fact that before we came here I was dreading it and didn't even wanna leave the car. And now all of a sudden the relator mentions a murder that happened here and I wanna move in right away. I bet this gonna add to all of my dads suspicions about me, and probably start new ones. I went outside and started looking around the house while my parents signed the papers to the house. Maybe this will be a new start for me, something will begin here.
