luna~
when i woke up, my eyes lit up with joy. all of the worlds beauty was covered in colourless, white snow. i absolutely love snow, it brings joy to everyone! i went back to wake up ginny as she was sleeping even though it was 11am, ginny always sleeps in, typical ginny. i hugged her and calmy whispered to her, 'wake up' she didn't wake up yet, YET. i called hermione to come help me with the plan to wake her up, the plan was to on the count of three, we would throw books on ginny and i would use her megaphone to shout 'WAKE UP' for literally the millionth time. after me and hermione woke her up, we immediately went out to play in the snow and make snowmen. and... of course, HAVE SNOWBALL FIGHTS!
i invited pretty much everyone to the snow fight,
'haha! got you!' harry shouted,
i spotted a giant pile of snow and ran over to it to hit harry with it, before i could, ginny grabbed my arm and led me away from the fight so we wouldn't get hit. she gently put her arms on my shoulder and smiled awkwardly.
'hey, uhm.. luna.''
i gave her a concerned look, i had no idea what she was going to say.
'would you.. possibly like to go to the yule ball with me?'
i couldn't say no, i mean- you really can't to such a beautiful girl like ginny.
'oh my gosh- yes!' i replied happily as ever.
'oi, you two lovebirds coming back to the game or not?'
ron yelled at us before i could hug ginny. we ran back to the game and we looked happier then usual, which concerned most of the other people at the game. after we played it we had a snowman competition in groups of 2 of who could build the most snowmen in 20 minutes, without magic. of course me and ginny paired up, we built 3 snowmen in 8 minutes, which led us 12 more minutes to make about 4 more, i looked around to see if anyone had beat me and ginny, harry and draco were using magic to make the snowmen, i got a bit mad at them, so i wanted to avada kedavra the snowmen. ron went up to them and shouted at them, 'malfoy, i'm not very sure you should be cheating.' draco gave him a mean look, 'oh please, what will you do weaslebee.' they ended up getting in a fight, which did not help people who where paired up with them. when it came to the end of our time, remus and sirius came to count how many snowmen each team made, me and ginny were tied with draco and harry, yet they cheated; we ended up winning after ginny told remus that they cheated.
me and ginny went back to the castle and went to the library, we sat down next to the window, snow was drifting down from the sky while others where making big piles of snow.
'luna, have you read this book?,'
i replied. 'no, actually. is it good?'
ginny showed me the back of the book.
'yes, it's amazing.'
i glanced at her and asked her what it was about, she explained most of what the book was about, i loved it, draco and harry walked in while hugging eachother; we awkwardly moved to one of the seats away from them, yes, we were spying on them. i soon saw draco pulling harry's arm to sit down at the seat near the window where me and ginny were sitting just a few minutes ago, they took one of the books; ginny started to try run away, i grabbed her arm carefully and led her back to the floor where we wouldn't be found and caught.
after a few hours, me and ginny went on a walk to a little place i found, there was a blossom tree covered in colourless snow. i sat down, covered in snow from laying on the ground, ginny tickled me and laughed
'want to roll down that hill?'
ginny pointed at a snowy hill next to the tree we where sitting next to. i rolled down while i was with her and we were screaming with happiness, it was amazing; after we rolled down many hills in the little place, we were covered in snow and little leaves covered in it too, held ginny's hand and quickly ran back to our dorm in the castle. although it was far away, it wasn't that hard to get to as we ran really fast.
