I am Byun Yeoneun, sister to Byun Baekhyun. I live alone currently because my parents are on business and my brother is an idol. I'm not complaining but there is a person I like but I don't know how everyone is going to react especially the guy who is obsessed with me.
I am a pretty popular girl in school but the guy I like is kinda introverted, and just not very social and who would he be you may ask? Well he is non other than Nishimura riki.
I don't even talk to him, I have him in most of my classes but we've never spoken a word to each other. And every time I look at him he looks away. I really don't know maybe he doesn't like me back but I'm not complaining atleast he's safe from HIM.
"Yeoneun!" My friend Momo yelled taking me out of my daze. "Yes?" I replied, "You've been spacing out for sometime you good?" I nodded and continued to eat my lunch when Nayeon speaks up, "Yeoneun when are you going to find love?"
"I don't want to, every guy that likes me always either gets rejected my me or beaten by HIM.." I sadly said. "Don't you have a crush though? Like even though you don't have a boyfriend, you have a crush right?" Jihyo asked curiously. "Welllll, maybeee... maybe not?.." I replied softly not trying to draw attention.
"YUP she has a crush!" Dahyun said loudly making all the people in the lunch room divert their attention to us. "KEEP IT DOWN" I whispered-yelled trying to quiet her down.
"And I know who it is!!" Momo yelled across the lunch room.
I put my head down from embarrassment pulling Momo to shut her up. "No you don't, now sit down and eat your food!!" I slightly yelled at her, to not draw more attention.
Next thing I knew I felt breathing on my neck. It was HIM, "I knew you would come to like me" he chuckled "TAEYONG get away from me, I told you I don't like you and to leave me alone!!" I yelled at him. "But she said you had a crush, and the only person you can have a crush on is ME, and if it's anyone else you know the consequences" he said mockingly.
"I told you to get the fuck away from me now!" I yelled not being able to control my anger. "2nd I don't like you, I like someone else, and stop controlling my life!" I snapped at him walking away.
I was beyond mad and I'm not telling anyone who i like because I don't want him to get hurt. I have to protect myself and him.
TIMESKIP
TAEYONG POV
I was walking in the hallway with my best friend Mark when I heard a voice.
"Yah, Niki just confess to her, she probably likes you back." The voice said. I told Mark to go to class without me as I 'had to use the bathroom' but I just went and peeked towards the voice.
Then another person spoke up, "Hyung, did you not see the incident in the lunch room, if I confessed, I'd be in the hospital." I smirked knowing now that he has a crush on MY GIRL.
I turned the corner and saw him, he was the same as the others, lanky and didn't stand a chance. I walked up to him and pushed him against the locker saying, "Aww little boy has a crush on Yeoneun, Well guess what? SHES MINE! So you better not think about going near her if not, it won't end too well." I pushed him again then left.
NIKI POV
"See hyung, I can't even go near her now with him hear." I sadly said. "Look Niki you can't let some Bully push you around, if you really like her then you have to fight for her." Jungwon hyung said. "Besides it's not she doesn't like you back." Jungwon chuckled after saying that. "Wdym?" I asked curiously.
"I always see her looking at you, and I'm not dumb, I was her best friend before high school, every Valentines Day, I see her slipping those notes." I stood there shocked after hearing what he just said. "So you mean she likes me too?" I was happy, I hoped what Jungwon was telling me was true.
He nodded and continued saying, "Just ask her, she'll say she does." I hugged him and ran to find her when I accidentally ran into her. We both fell and I got up to help her up. "I'm sorry I was running to find.. someone and ran into you." I said panicked. I looked at her expression and she just laughed.
"You're fine Niki, don't worry I happens" she said then smiled. "Wait, you know my name?" I asked surprised. "Of course, we have most classes together, it would be dumb of me not to acknowledge you." I smiled, hoping what Jungwon said to me was true.
"Yeoneun, I have a question..." I asked her.
"What is it?" She responded. "Who's the guy you like?" I asked hoping she would say it was me. "I can't say. And I don't want Taeyong to hurt him, I can't risk you getting hurt." As all those words rushed out of her mouth we realized what she said.
"You can't risk ME getting hurt?" I said happily. "I mean I can't risk HIM getting hurt. He has a special place in my heart and if I saw him getting hurt it would hurt soo badly."
I knew she had already said it was me so got out a piece of paper writing down my number. "Here" I placed it in her hand. She looked confused, "text me when you're free :)" I told her.
Then I ran back towards Jungwon, leaving her too stunned to speak.
