Heroism [BNHA Fanfic]

First chapter

Name: Son Ryuwon, but goes by Kawasaki Kei in Japan. Originally Igarashi Kei.

Quirk: Play

Description: She can play or pause any thing in motion. Additionally, she can fast forward or rewind the status of anything. This does not work if something on things not in motion (i.e: dead people, objects that are sitting still, etc.)

Drawbacks: She can only fast forward or rewind by 1 minute (can increase with intense training). If she leaves something on pause for more than 5 minutes, the object will begin to decay. The decay cannot be rewinded by her quirk. Finally, if an object shatters, she has to rewind the object right as it breaks (or while it is still moving). Otherwise, the object will remain broken. She cannot rewind time, life, thoughts, etc.

More Information: Her quirk works best on living objects, but also work on non-living objects. However, it is harder for her to use her quirk on non-living objects. 

Background: Son Ryu Won is the adoptive daughter of Kawasaki Chuya and Son Hyerim. Her birth parents were Kodai Yuzuki and Igarashi Hiroto. The Igarashi family lived next door to the couple. The four of them were actually friends from the same high school. However, Yuzuki and Hiroto were killed in the crossfire of a hero-villain fight and passed away. 

The couple adopted Kei (who was 2 years old) and moved to Korea for 8 years. After realizing that the bad memories would never go away and that Kei would probably need to be surrounded by other quirk users, they moved back to Japan. However, they homeschooled Kei for the remaining years until she applied to high school.

Extras:

Kei is unsure how to feel about heroes and villains, because she thinks they are pretty much the same. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up.

Kei goes by her Japanese name but prefers to be called by her Korean name. Therefore, her parents compromise and call her Ryu at home.

Kei has "trained" her quirk, but not intensely. She's just stuck to her limits and has not really experimented around with them.

Kei is bi.
