Hey guys! So the amount of chapters I plan to have in this book is fourty. Then I also plan on writing a sequel. So tell me what you all think of that! Ily now let's get back to the book.

"Stop!" I beg.
"I just wanna have a little fun," The man chuckles. His voice sounds famillar. I look up, and instead of seeing the man from the actual event, I see Danny.
"Get off, get off!" I screamed.

I woke up to darkness, I guess I fell asleep. I fell asleep at about three pm. So I guess I fell asleep for atleast five hours. I'm relieved that Danny and my mom haven't found me yet. maybe they gave up. Maybe they don't care about me. Maybe they're glad I ran away.
Danny's Pov

It is now nine thirty pm. Ellie's mom, Caroline, and I still haven't found Ellie. "Do you have any idea of where she could have gone?" I ask, my voice cracked.
"No. Wait! I think I know where she went." her mom sounds relieved.
I let out a huff and my tensed muscles relaxed. A couple minutes later we arrive at a boarded up house. Ellie's mom pulled the key out of the ignition and we both jumped out of the the vehicle, shutting the car doors behind us. Caroline ran up the driveway and into the backyard, I followed her. We started looking in the windows to see if Ellie was there, nothing. We start walking towards the car when I hear crying. Someone was crying. I immediately run towards the house again. I don't look back to see if Caroline is following me. I reach a window that is cracked. Ellie is here, I know for sure. "Ellie?" I call out.
I hear more crying nearby. "Ellie?"
I decide to peer though the hole in the window. on the ground is Ellie, in a fetal position, crying. I climb though the window and walk over to her. She lifts her head up slightly and widens her eyes. She backs away, as if I'm going to kill her. Ellie hides behind the mirror. Just at the right time, Ellie's mom walks in. Caroline looks at Ellie, and bolted towards her. I still don't understand why she is so afraid of me. "Don't take me to the hospital," Ellie whispers to her mom.
"Don't worry honey, we're not going back to the hospital." Caroline says, stroking Ellie's hair.

That is probably the shortest chapter I have ever written. I haven't updated in so long. I'm so sorry for that. I promise I'll try to update more. It seems that I'm helping a lot of people, and I like that. ily all byeeee -Madison
