Dark and treacherous
Full of despite and hatred
Lost in a sea of turmoil
Chased by demons and fury
Secrets locked away behind sealed doors
The past hidden deep within
Sadness, pain, and anger covered up
Lacking the ability to let it all go
Holding tongue from spitting out
What is needed to be said
Rain falls but not from the sky
A red crystal shatters but nothing can replace it
Stumbling with each groaning step
Falling into the nothingness
Engulfed by darkness
Filled with emptiness
Life is just a motion picture
Blurry sight
Unclear hearing
Unstable balance
Running in fear
No place to hide
Clawing at the wall
Locked away like an animal in a cage
Slamming left and right
Thrashing about
Finding no way out
Blood smeared all around
Bars confining the animal within
Metal confirming no escape
Clawing with no hold
Locked away for an eternity
Continuing to fall into nothingness
Erie silence amongst the dark
Filled with tremendous fear
Emptiness is key to the pain inside.
