Chapter 2- Return

Weiss POV-

Things haven't been the same since the event 2 years ago, I still can't get the image of the flames around the house out of my head and those 6 eyes with the kanji reading twelve, mom and dad's relationship had become shaky and they nearly had a divorce on several occasions, winter had become distant from us and atlas as they searched for manjiro and well me.... I've been getting ready for beacon. Don't think I forgot about him, I suffered as much as everyone but I'm taking the more logical response in my opinion.

Willow: are you all packed
Weiss: yes mom
Willow: go....be the woman you want to be

We shared a tight hug before I left to see an image in the corner of my eye, no not an image a person that looked exactly like my brother, as I attempt to turn in hopes to see him I saw nothing and scold my self for thinking that was him.

Manjiro POV-

That was close, I didn't want her to see me until we got to beacon, that way she won't have the chance to tell Jacques and willow. I already had to deal with killing Atlas soldiers and running away but luckily that resulted with me getting stronger, but the weird thing is my body only changes during the noon and night, was it because of my clan? I never figured that out but I learned about other clans like the "Kamado" clan who created breathing styles through the origin style "Sun Breathing" what a coincidence that mines is the brother of that breathing I also learned that my skin can be turned into a sword which gave me the chance to make my own literal extension of me, how fun. I managed to get more demon blood as well which helped in powering up my breathing. I arrive near the bullhead and stare at everyone on it currently.

???: I can't believe my little sister is going to beacon with me!

I heard a blonde busty female yell, I admit even though I don't show emotion or naturally FEEL emotion she was beautiful but seemed to have the strength of a Python merged with an Anaconda with the strength of 2 Grimm. Speaking of Grimm they are much weaker than demons and don't give you the chance to really eat em you heard me right I eat demons, and humans but only in my night time form.

???: Yang, Your crushing me!
 
I heard the black to red haired girl say to the girl I can now confirm as Yang- wait a damn minute, did this girl jack my hair color- why am I worrying about that back on topic I look to see a blonde male running to a trash can and barfing as I can only decide to walk up to him and rub his back. Trust me I'm cruel mainly to my so called family but.....honestly I don't enjoy seeing people in pain.

???: ugh, thanks for that....
Me: no problem

I casually speak in a monotone voice lacking any really sympathy but you could tell only through my eyes I felt bad for this guy.

Me: what's your name
Jaune: Jaune arc, smooth, short and rolls off the tounge the ladies love it
Me: ...........
Jaune: at least....that's what my mom says.....what's your name!
Me: Manjiro Tsukiguni

I sense someone who I could confirm was Weiss slightly twitch from hearing some of the name, I knew she didn't hear the full thing because of her scent she was definitely to far to hear that clearly.

Jaune: nice na-
???: YOU COMPLETE DULT!

I turned to see weiss yelling at the poor chil-woman? Nah child while she was trying to apologize with that I take a step forward and appear next to weiss grabbing her wrist causing her to stare at me with tear filled eyes.

Me: .....Leave the poor girl alone

Weiss POV

I couldn't believe what I was seeing, my brother was infront of me complete human, masculine and handsome. He looked at me with his expressionless face, the same one he always had causing me to tear up.

Manjiro: .......leave the poor girl alone

He said with a cold yet calm tone which sent shivers down my spine as this Was my first time hearing his voice in years.

Me: M-M-Manjiro.....
Manjiro: Weiss

He showed no sign of sympathy in his eyes, I didn't even notice until now but he had both of his eyes, and he had actually gotten taller than me by a lot.

Me: where have you been!
Manjiro: none of your business
Me: mom has been worried!
Manjiro: don't care
Me: winter and dad are depressed because you left!
Manjiro: your problem
Me: I WAS DESTROYED WITHOUT YOU
Manjiro: why would that matter to me?

I covered my Mouth out of pain hearing these responses, he really didn't care about what happened to us. But only one question right now ran through my brain. Why was he human? I saw him walking away.

Manjiro: I Still reject my humanity

I felt my warm tears run down my face just watching him walk over to the girl I was just yelling at and asking her if she was ok giving her more care than me. I just ran off with my stuff as I felt like I would explode watching this scene any longer.

Manjiro POV

I look to see Weiss running away crying which didn't affect me at all as I continue to check on the girl who I found was named Ruby, can't say the name doesn't match up with her personality, and of course her sister arrives..

Yang: hey Sis! Who's this handsome demon~

She said her last sentence seductively and to my own surprise I felt my face heat up but not enough for a blush to appear.

Me: Manjiro Tsukiguni, you're Yang right
Yang: you bet you're sexy ass I am~ how about we hang out some time~

I was forcing my self to hold down a laugh because that joke was so horrible which made it hilarious. I regain my composure as my facial expression doesn't change from my usual deadpanned look.

Me: sure
Yang: see you later~

With that we finally land at beacon and believe it when I say......I was not surprised at all
