Prolouge

Angelica pov: (senior year)

I sat in the living room among the others as Eliza and Alexander sat down on the couch across from us. We were at Johns house because Alexander and Eliza had said that they needed to tell us something.

"So you guys know that I and alexander have an announcement." Eliza said excitedly.

"Spit it out already." Peggy said.

"Were dating." they said in unison. My heart dropped, I knew that they had been growing pretty close but I didn't think that they would get together.

The truth was that I loved Alexander. I loved him more than any other guy that I've dated. He's incredibly smart he's so passionate about the things that he loves and he has the most beautiful eyes in the world.

Time skip to senior prom----------

"Are you almost ready?" John says walking out of the bathroom that connects to my bedroom. John and I had become best friends ever since Hamliza happened. We wanted to suffer through it together. John was moving on and I wanted to also. John and I decided to go to the prom together as friends because neither of us had dates.

"Yeah I'm ready" I said while touching up my mascara.

Another time skip to when they get to prom—————————————-

"Hey guys" Alexander said waving at us from the table. He and Eliza were sitting at we went over and found our seat at the table with them.

"They are about to announce prom queen and king!" Eliza squealed.

"And your 2019 prom king is....... Alexander Hamilton!" Alex went up to go get crowned as people cheered for him. I was extremely happy for him and I know part of me wished that I was his queen.

"And your 2019 prom queen is....... Angelica Schuyler!" I couldn't believe it! I was queen! It was me! One of my dreams had come true but those dreams were shattered as soon as I saw Eliza's face.

"Cmon Eliza," I said dragging her onto the stage. I took the microphone from the principal she gave me a weird look but shrugged and walked off the stage.

"First off I want to thank everyone for voting for me, but I know someone whos been dreaming of this day. someone who deserves this crown way more than me." I looked over to Eliza who was on the other side of the stage nervously chewing her nails.

"My sister Eliza." I said. I motioned for her to come over here and I put the crown and sash on her head and over her body, I handed her the bouquet of roses and stepped back. everyone was cheering and chanting Hamliza. I went back to our seat while everyone cleared the dance floor for the king and queen dance.

"Wow, Angelica." John said. "You know you didn't have to do that right?"

"Yeah I know." I said staring at Alex and Eliza slow dancing together.

"Look Angelica," John said "I know that you love your sisters and you would do anything for them but don't you think you owe it to yourself to be happy?"

I went to sleep thinking about what John said I know that he's right but I love my sister and I want her to be happy even if that means I'm miserable.

You guys are in for it with this book lol like your literally gonna cry at the end.:)
