~ Welcome Home ~

     It's been a few months since Aunt Mito got a letter from Gon. I'm starting to get worried. Maybe I should go over to make sure Aunt Mito's okay . I put my book down beside me and hopped out of bed, tiptoeing to the closet across the room. I changed out of my pj's into a baby blue skirt, a long-sleeve white crop top, white thigh high socks, and light blue and white high-tops (or a different ouffit of ur choice, this is just my style). I did my hair and put my glasses on. Then I made my way into the kitchen. Mama was baking cupcakes and I tried to hurry past her. She clanked the tray against the counter and smiled up at me.

     "Y/n, where are you going?" she asked, as she placed the cupcakes onto a tray.

     "Oh, I'm just going over to see Aunt Mito. Just to check in." I tucked my hair behind my ears and looked up at her.

     "I see" she paused for a brief moment, "Well wait one minute."

     I tiled my head, confused.

     She fiddled behind the counter and walked over to me holding an iced cupcake. "Give this to Mito and tell her shes welcome over for dinner tonight."

     I carefully took the cupcake and smiled "Will do mama!"

     I made my way out the door and started up the hill to Mito's house. I walked for a few minutes until I saw Aunt Mito hanging up laundry. I ran over to her, excited.

     "Aunt Mito! Aunt Mito! Hey!" I ran all the way to her trying not to drop her cupcake. "Mama said she would like to have you over for dinner tonight. Can you come?" I handed her the cupcake with a big smile on my face.

     "Oh hi sweetie! Of course, I'd love to come over." she giggled and licked the frosting on her cupcake. "I love your moms cooking. Should I bring anything?"

     I giggled and shook my head no.

     Aunt Mito set her cupcake on the stool next to her. She tucked my hair behind my ear and kissed me on the cheek. "You're hairs getting so long! It looks beautiful on you honey." she smiled and glanced behind me.

     Before I could say thank you, I was interrupted by a familiar voice. "It looks better than it did last time I saw you." They let out a chuckle.

     I spun around in shock. "Gon! Oh my goodness! Welcome home sweetheart!" Aunt Mito rushed over and gave him a big hug.

     He waddled over to me and held out his arms. I ran in for a hug and pressed my cheek against his neck.

     "Okay.. Gon.. Y-you're squeezing t-too ha-hard." I tried to wiggle out of his grip.

     "Oh.. Heh. Sorry Y/n, I just missed you a lot."

     "I missed you too"

     We walked up to the house and sat down at the table. I noticed a white haired boy following closely behind Gon. Who is that? Why didn't I notice him before? Where did he come from?

     I tapped Gons shoulder, "Who's that?" I said in a quiet tone. I pointed to the boy with fluffy white hair sitting with his hands in his pockets.

     "Oh that's my new friend Killua! He's the same age as us." He brightly smiled and looked at Killua.

     New friend? Did Gon replace me? I should've taken the Hunter Exam with him. I felt a frown grow on my face.

     "Don't worry y/n, you're still my bestfriend."

     "I know that silly." I quickly smiled and turned to Killua. He looked up and me and stared into my eyes. I got butterflies in my stomach. "Whoa. He's so.. Wow."

     Killua straightened his posture. "What's that supposed to mean?"

     "Oh um.. You're just.. You know.. Really cute.." I could feel my cheeks getting bright red. I tucked my hair behind my ear and innocently giggled. I noticed Killua turn red and he had a faint smile on his face. I changed the subject because I felt embarrassed. "So, how was the exam guys?"

     Okay, that's the end of pt 1. I just wanted to introduce y/n to Killua to start off.

     This is the ouffit I imagined y/n wearing but you can change it if you don't like it :)
