Clary's POV:
Today is Saturday. I get discharged today and my sister Addi is coming from New York all the way to L.A. I get out of the hospital bed and put on my regular clothes. I finally see Addi and I wave she gets out of her car and runs up to me and hugs me. I hug her back and we get in the car and drive to meet my friends at our house.
We get there and lead Addi inside. I give her a tour of the house and she loves it. We finally go in my room and hangout in there.
I walk out of the room because Addi fell asleep. I don't blame her I mean it's already 12:32 am.
I walk into the bathroom and Sydney comes up to me in a hurry and with an angry expression on her face. "Hey Sydne-" I start to say
She cuts me off and says,"Oh cut it out Clary. We all know you like Luke. And I'm telling you right now Clary. Stay away from Luke. Don't talk to him don't even look at him. He will be the father of our child and I bet as soon as our baby is born he will forget all about you. I don't want to see you ever looking at Luke or talking to him." She says and walks away.
I have to get out of here. Is all I can think. I go to bed and in my dream I think about it.
The next morning Addi wakes me up saying she has to go.
"Addi do you still have that extra spare bedroom in your apartment?" I ask her.
"Yeah why?" She asks me suddenly sounding worried.
"Can I stay with you for a little bit?" I ask her.
She smiles and says," Of course! Pack your things quickly the flight leaves in 3 hours."
Addi helps me pack my things I walk out to the bathroom and notice no one is home so I get my things out of the bathroom and write them a note saying: I'm going to live with Addi in New York. Don't bother texting me cause I won't answer. Bye. I love you all. Xoxo-Clary.
It sounds harsh but it needs to sound like it. Addi grabs my things and I grab the rest of it. We pack up her car with my stuff and we head out to the airport. We get on the plane and I say my last goodbye to LA forever. I turn my phone off and fall asleep.
