Nini entered the school though the school front doors and walked down the hallways to her locker. Before she could stop at it she noticed Ricky and Gina talking, she decided to go greet Gina since she has not officially met her yet.

"Hey Ricky," nini smiled at him and hugged him, when she pulled away she saw that Gina was giving her a strange look but nini brushed it off, "hey Gina. I'm Nina, but I go by Nini because someone decided to give me that Nick name." Nini explained nudging Ricky in the shoulder.

"Haha, so funny." Gina bluntly said with a straight face, clearly not laughing.

"Uhh, okay?" Nini said awkwardly.

"Anyways, yeah. Nini this is Gina my-"

"Best friend." Gina said cheerfully and smiled.

"Right. Best friend, and Gina this is Nini. My...friend." Ricky said introducing them to each other. Nini was completely blown away by the way Ricky introduced her to Gina. 'Friend' she questioned to herself.

Is that all what he thinks we are? Nini thought to herself as she scoffed. Nini shook her head back into reality. "Right. We are friends." Nini said as she plastered a fake smile on and walked back to her locker. Nini started to believe Carlos and Kourtney were right about Ricky the whole time. As soon as he sees another cute girl, he'll leave you in the dust. Nini thought back to Her friends words. And that's kind of what Ricky was already starting to do.

Leave her in the dust.

Nini opened her locker and put her books away. She noticed her friends. Carlos and Kourtney, were walking her way. She quickly walked up to them and told them everything about Ricky calling her a friend around Gina.

"Gurrlll, drop him. This instant." Kourtney quickly said.

"I vouch on what Kourt said." Carlos said slightly raising his hand up. Nini sighed, she was torn on what to do.

"But what if we are wrong about this all?" Nini groaned in frustration. "Then that will ruin Ricky and I."

"Girl, at lunch I'll go over all the signs he has given out." Kourtney said, Nini nodded. The three teens then made their way to class.

"Okay so tell me the signs." Nini pleaded.

"Alright. First sign, he hasn't asked you ou after all these months. What's holding him back? And do not use the excuse that he is scared of rejection because we all know damn well that he know you'll say yes." Kourtney explained in detail.

"Second sign, as soon as a new girl come he lets her sit with his friends, but never had invited you??" Carlos scoffed.

"Third, he literally told new girl that you guys weren't dating. He could've said y'all weren't official." Kourtney continued. Nini began to sigh and noticed all the signs. The signs of a guy not really sure if they want to be with that person.

"Lastly. The most obvious sign of all, he fucking called you a friend when he introduced you to Gina!! If that doesn't tell you that he clearly left you in the dust then I don't know what will." Carlos scoffed as he dramatically threw his hands in the air.

"Ugh, you guys are right." Nini said, she quickly sat properly and started to whisper. "So what should I do??"

"The only thing obvious to do!" Kourtney smirked. "Leave him in the dust too."

"Periodt." Carlos said at the plan that Kourtney has suggested. "Call up Lewis wacker. And hang out with him, simple."

"Yeah, he goes to this school, east!" Kourtney said.
