Wisteria🌿(Zenitsu x Nezuko)

Chapter~7

Nezuko POV-

As Tanjiro quickly calls for Aoi to get a bucket of water, I get out of Zenitsu-kun's grip and blush at what just happened. 

I was so close to Zenitsu-kun!!! Kyaaaaaaaaa why does he make me feel like this?!

Aoi quickly runs out with a small bucket of water and splashes the liquid onto Zenitsu-kun's face. He lets out a scream as the water makes contact with his skin. 

"C-Cold!!!!" He screams as he begins to loudly cry.

"WHY ARE YOU CRYING OVER COLD WATER?!?!?!" Inosuke yells, amazed by the fact that something as simple as splashing water over Zenitsu-kun's face was enough to make him bawl his eyes out.

"It's so cold!! The water stings my face!" Zenitsu-kun blabbers as he rushes over to me. He then buries his face into the warmth of my kimono I was wearing. I instantly heat up and turn into a vibrant shade of red. 

"Z-Zenitsu-k-kun...." I utter, as I feel my body warm up more and more.

"N-Nezuko-chan! I-I'm sorry, I d-didn't mean to do t-that!" He exclaims, as he quickly breaks away from my body. 

"W-Well then... How about we all go in now? Aoi's currently preparing dinner so we can pass some time by finishing up our homework," Tanjiro firmly explains, as he leads us back into the Butterfly Estate. 

I quickly head up to my room where I lock the door and write about my experiences with Zenitsu-kun today.

Dear Diary,

This day started off great with Zenitsu-kun giving me bread. How sweet of a boy he is. He looked especially sharp today, with his hair shining brightly in the sun, while his eyes looked mellow and comforting. Anyways, I couldn't get my mind off of him for the entire day, and I just wanted to walk home with him! 

As I wait for my brother and Zenitsu-kun to come out of the school, I see Zenitsu-kun bolt out, with a crimson shade of red on his face. Did someone confess to him? Does he like someone? I'll teach them a lesson for stealing my Zenitsu-kun! Yeah, that may be pretty selfish on my end but I couldn't imagine Zenitsu-kun walking with another girl. 

As he walks up to me, he hands me a beautiful flower crown that looks a few days old. At first I was confused on why he ran away so flustered but I soon realized that he indirectly confessed to me! I knew I looked a bright red tomato and I could feel myself becoming a little lightheaded. I couldn't believe that Zenitsu-kun actually liked me! He likes a girl like me! I then faint  and my brother carries me home.

As I begin to do my homework, I hear a knock on the door. I head downstairs and see Inosuke standing there, but I also notice a flash of yellow in the yard. As Inosuke starts to explain his situation, I see Zenitsu-kun come over. Both of our faces begin to show a crimson color, as I feel my heart beat faster. At this point, I looked like a hot mess as we greet Zenitsu-kun. He also explains that he needs a place to stay for awhile, just like Inosuke. 

Tanjiro then offers for me and Zenitsu-kun to share a room, which makes me feel slightly embarrassed and causes my body temperature to sky rocket. 

What if he thinks my room smells? What if he finds my diary? 

Zenitsu-kun then pulls me to his chest which causes me to blush even more! After a few seconds, I see Zenitsu-kun faint as Tanjiro quickly calls for Aoi. After Aoi comes out a splashes water on Zenitsu-kun's face, he begins to cry and complain on how the cold water stung his skin, which was so cute! I hope me and Zenitsu-kun ca-

"N-Nezuko-chan? C-can I c-come in?"

"Z-Zenitsu-kun! O-One moment!" I say, blushing as I put my diary in my drawer as fast as possible. I then open the door for Zenitsu-kun who sets his bags down on the floor.
