Should I report this, and stay loyal to my country, even though this mean getting myself sent to a labor camp? It is the right thing to do, right? I mean if I don't report it, and someone else do, I'm going to end up dead too. And if something ... labor camps were better than execution.
I feel a tear roll down my face. No ... I can not do this. I'd rather die with my family, than having to live out the rest of my life without them. I'm going to trust my family, and not report this. More tears rolled down my face as I curled up in my bed. And slowly fell asleep.
(Important A/N)
This story may be a bit confusing for some. Because the story is actually going on in a real place. And people who aren't from that town probably don't know the locations mentioned in the story. So, I decided to explain a few things really quick. (Ima try not to spoil too much)
First of all, this story is happening in an alternative version of Scandinavia (Which is now called "new Scandinavia"). That is again divided in two: Norway, Denmark and Iceland. Which is called the north west proviant. And Sweden and Finland is called "the north east proviant".
Second: "Endingsdal" is a river that lies on the border between Norway and Sweden. And "Akers" is the river that traditionally divided Oslo west from east.
So yea that's some of the things to keep in mind while reading.
