"So Miss Black, tell us a little about yourself" the female interviewer asked some minutes after the interview started, Black was seated on a sofa facing the interviewer with the name Mary, a caramel lady from south Africa

"All I know is that am Black Mamba and i am a wonderful yet mysterious God's creation" Black jovially answered, making almost everyone to laugh,

"I like the way you potray yourself as wonderful"

"If you don't pride yourself, nobody will" Black said with a shrug

"So where are you really from"

"Nigeria"

"What about your education and everything"

"I schooled in Nigeria, my primary, secondary and tertiary education"

"Can we get names of the schools"

"No, for security purpose" she replied with a sweet smile

"Owkey, So, Miss Black, how old are you"

"Just clocked 38 last two days"

"Wow 38, but its shocking why nobody heard of it"

"Yeah, i sometimes like a no ruckus celebration, just me and my cupcake with a candle on it", as the audience laughed, Sultan though he knew two days ago wasn't her birthday, Infact her birthday isn't till another two months and then it dawned on him, maybe it was her birthday as Black Mamba,

"38 and you have accomplished so much, how does that make you feel"

"I don't know, rushed i guess" she honestly replied

"Rushed" Mary asked looking confused

"Yes, Rushed, i mean at 38, i wanted to be just a working class lady, a lady who works in an office, and everyday after work i will come back home, rest and make a fuss on monday mornings and so on, but no at 38, i have alot in my plate, something that eats away all my time, so i feel rushed"

"Okay, so how do you reach your level of success, given the sector's gender gap, especially among leadership" Mary asked

"Well it wasn't easy, you know the issues surrounding women who want to participate and dominate, but what i did started from the heart, the need to strive no matter what, i was like damn the consequences, damn everything, i must do it, so simply said it begins from the heart, then the will and determination"

"That's truly awesome, we hope to have women like you in the world" Mary said "how do we move forward when the men keep saying that our idea won't work"

"We move forward by looking them deadly in the eyes and say fuck you" everyone in the room bursts into loud laughter "am serious, look them in the eye and tell them to you will do it and mean it when you say it"

"How much do you know about being financially fluency" Mary asked

"To be honest, i stopped knowing because in the business world today, nothing is stable"

"Great, any mentors that helped build you"

"Just life, it helped build me" she said with a shrug 'and the furry of the scorned queen' she added in her mind

"so i shouldn't ask on what local entrepreneur events, meet ups, and accelerators you will recommend helped you"

"No, like i said just life"

"Fine, then what do you do for encouragement or motivation, or what encourages and motivates you"

"To see young girls focusing on education, it gives me alot of motivation"
