Long ago, Galra soldiers were sent to earth in hopes of finding one of the give Voltron Lion's the late king Alfor sent away and hid up from King Zarkons hands. 

While a small unit was sent towards a location that held a galran ship within, a single ship flew in a different direction. 

Using stealth as they landed by a strange human base within a large area of sand around. 

Walking with care to not be seen or heard before coming to a stop as a cry was heard, his head turning to an orangeish white jeep that held the same logo as the building. Its doors left open, seeming those inside rushed out in a panic and within laid two cubs. 

One bigger then the other and fast asleep even with the loud crying coming from the second smaller cub. 

The small cub soon came to an end of it's crying as their golden eyes landing on the galra soldier who just stared back wondering if he should get rid of the young cub before it calls him out to the other aliens around. 

A giggle leaving the small cub as they raised their hands in the air towards the soldier who stayed standing unsure before noticing the cub start to tear up once more making him quick to cut the straps to a strange torture chair that held the child. 

The cub giggling as he held them in the air, his head snapping around to make sure no one else was returning after the child cry but no one else was in sight. 

Both jumped as a beep broke the silence making the galra soldier turn to his advice and noticed his team no longer showed up on the readings, they seemed to be no longer alive. 

His eyes glancing as a ship flew up into the sky, heading back to space and not being silent over the matter earning a new alarm from within the base to come on. 

Looking to the cub in his arms before freezing as he turned to see it fast asleep in his hold, running away as soldiers started to be seen. 

He knew he should have left the child but it was a greater risk to try and place it back in case it cried out earning him to be found. 

Rushing back towards his ship and climbing in, laying the small cub on his lap before shooting back out in space. 

Glancing down to the small cub, his unease leaking out as King Zarkon ship came into view making him wonder over his own fate and the cub fate once they land. 

Shakily stepping out and walking over to his commander who stood in the hanger waiting for him. 

Watching as the commander eyed up the cub in his arms before giving a salute and hearing his orders to head over to the throne room. 

He knelled before the king, still holding the cub in his arms and lowing his head respectfully as he waited for his punishment or worse. 

"What do you try hiding from me" Zarkon asked in a low voice, his eyes staring threw the soldier who tensed.

"My King, during my task within the mission the planet alarms were sent off by a fellow galra flying out of the planet. I had no choice in bringing them with me unless we wanted to warn the young planet over us" The soldier started to explain his reason as he lifted his head slightly to show the cub while keeping a respectable bow. 

"It seems to be a young cub sire" Haggar answered as she looked to the small cub.

"A cub" Zarkon repeated in slight shock.

"Yes, an earthling cub" The soldier answered, lifting the small cub up.

"A weakling it seems, won't survive long" Hagger added as she looked to the cub.

She was a tiny little baby with fair skin and cute freckles dotted over skin. Round golden eyes with little stands of hazel hair. Adorable freckles dotted over her cheeks and nose.

The human baby was no more then just two months old.

Zarkon soon stood, walking down the steps before standing before the soldier who froze up, keeping his eyes glued to the ground while holding the cub up.

"Pathetic" Zarkon spike as he looked to the cub who looked to him, a little sleep daze still seen as she woke up not long before.

A small giggle filling the room as the cub held out her small hands to the king who just stared coldly.

"You dare wish to act so weak before your king" Zarkon huffed out and the only response he was given from the cub was a small kitten like sneeze making him look to her surprise.

"Shall we get rid of the cub, sire" Haggar asked, raising her hand to use her magic once the King gave the orders.

"No, We'll let the cub live for now. He may hold use to me, its eyes hold wonder not fear while looking to me. It clearly is innocent or knows more then I can see" Zarkon answered, holding out a finger to the cub and watching it grab it with one of its small hands before giggling over grabbing his finger.

"How should we call the cub" Haggar asked as she glanced to the human child.

"Katie, her name is Katie my king. It was written on this strange gag" The soldier spoke, pointing to a green and white dummy with 'Katie' written in light purple letters over the front. A bit of string clipping to the handle of the dummy with the other end clipped on the cub dress collar.

"Katie, must be an earthling name ... strange for a mal- not male" Zarkon mumbled as he picked up the cub before looking at the cub slightly better and seeing his mistake.

"A female cub" Haggar repeated making the soldier nervously nod.

"We shall keep her still, She'll be the Galra Princess" Zarkon replied as he held Katie up with slight pride.

Two Years Later...

"Roar" Katie roared out as she jumped out from under the controls within Zarkon ship, dressed in an all in one purple outfit with galra cat ears sew on the hood and fake claws designed into the gloves.

"Ah, there you were hiding Princess" Thace mumbled as he glanced to the princess who grinned cheekily, keeping her pose of having her claws reached out. 

"hace" Katie smiled brightly, wobbling closer and holding her hands out.

"The king wishes to see you Princess" Thace replied as he looked to the young cub who still seemed rather small.

"Play" Katie whined, pulling on Thace leg armour the best she could.

"After" Thace promised instead making the princess give a happy nod. 

"King" Katie giggled and ran out to go find the man who took her in while Thace stayed in the control room. 

Katie, the Galran Princess who life would be a huge importance within the future.
