After the fall of Yaldabouth the God of control, Makoto and Minako left shortly after Going back to Yatus, The two had come to consider the realm as some sort of home, although they rarely stuck around for long, once they returned They we're appointed as royal guards they had their prowess had been seen by a lot of the kingdom.

Makoto was currently off shift and was resting, not quite awake, not quite asleep His thoughts were Blank he was trying to recall into his mind, He wasn't one for meditation. But as he sat in his state Green orbs of Magic swirled with the White magic of Order, Minako was resting on the door frame, Minako was reading a book that was to deal with the how to enter one's on mind, Dangerous though, If done with out someone controlling the flow of Magic intake, could easily die to over exposure to magic, so Minako was watching over it.

With in the reaches of Makoto's mind Stood Makoto's spirit Unarmed as he walked into the reaches of the White area and as he walked further down the no existent road, in the haze he noticed another figure around the same height and had a blade slung over it's shoulder, It's deep red Iris glowed in the Path seeming to suck in the light of the Void, almost like a cat watching's pray in the night. Makoto walked up to the figure. "Hello, I know your eyes, Although I never looked into them myself. Kumori" Makoto nodded, The blade over Kumori's shoulders grabbed fell into Kumori's hands and rested onto his hands 

"Of course, You should know the name Of your the mask your used to wear before you became what stands before me. The blood thirsty side of you that discarded Like Jekyll did to Hyde, You became ashamed of it and sort change." the blade in his hands cleared away the smoke surrounding it, showing Tyrfang. "The swords mine...Not yours...Even now I can feel it's curse causing me to fade," Kumori then appeared behind Makoto "Not that I can while I'm anchored to you, We are one after all...Thou art I and all that shit." 

Makoto spun on his heel "Yet Tyrfang is Yours alone?" Makoto was here for answers not a fight. 

"I mean Yeah...Who I am is who you were when When Tyrfang bonded to you" Kumori explained, Tyrfang breaking in the past, Getting it back when you were full of hate. it's true strength showing when your Feeling the urge to kill...That's the blade calling to me, and it broke when it couldn't sense me. But know I'm replaced with this chaos," Kumori with the swing of his blade dispelled the White haze "This is the power we're cursed with...It's our Single ace against Altina. She won't expect it Her own power against her, will she?" Kumori laughed, there was the sense of an unhinged murderer in the laugh. "But let's be real you don't wanna fight her do ya?" Kumori stared Makoto in the eye, Kumori's Hungry red Burned against Makoto's cool steel gray, when a Blade slipped between Makoto's ribs, there was no pain but his hands rushed to the wound "Why are you afraid of Ghosts? Because They go against what you know right? the dead can't go on and should be left to be forgotten" The blade twisted again no pain but a sensation was there "And your afraid to die...Because" Kumori Kicked Makoto of the blade "You're attached and you don't wanna leave it, Especially Minako." Kumori laughed like it was a comedy skit "You and Minako only have half a soul each anyway... So your easier to kill you, and your Know Altina can kill you, rest easy...I'll help After all My power is your power" 

The Blue was covered in white and then Black rushed in like the parted sea coming back together, and Makoto's eyes snapped open as the green and white Magic faded as Minako's eyes opened slowly her concentration broken, "Oh Makoto, welcome back to the Living" Minako giggles as she walked out of the shadows her amour given to her by Lucia , It was Lined with Silver engravings meaning 'The goddess watching in the Night' Her armor was Mainly Different pitches of Black, The Majority of it being Midnight black, Her Gauntlets were a charcoal going into her shoulder pads of the same colour, her helmet While obscured her vision ever so slightly was Japan black, Her Boots and And leggings were Onyx matching her Swords colour that hung on off her waist, Her chest plate and torso Armor ebony black, Her armor was lighter then one would expect. 

Makoto stood up looking over to the corner of the room and took Tyrfang back in it's sheath, He's attire hadn't changed as much as Minako's had his familiar Armored Uniform from Gecko high, with blackened Steel Boots and Gauntlets, with his torso being covered in raven Black armor Matching his eye patches Eye colour, He also had a silver accents on his armor over his gauntlets His title was ' The final judge of souls' Makoto sighed, thinking the titles were unnecessary, "I'm surprised you actual wore the armor they gave us, Thought you didn't like it?" Makoto said walking out of his room and down the stone corridor Minako following

"Eh, It grew on me. Besides as eccentric as The Titles are nice to have, I'm just surprised they managed to get my sizes correct, But hey I'm not complaining" Minako says admiring her sword at's glistening in the fading sun light, as they made there way to the throne room where the Princess was waiting for the two. As the two entered the room they we're surrounded by guards of the highest order the closest to Lucia was Kate, Who was classified as the strongest fighter in the realm, "Fancy" Minako whispered under her breath. Minako felt the eyes of The room up on her, Probably because she was armed, She noticed Makoto's serious look, she also noticed that his right hand was lax by his side but close to the handle of his swords, While his left hand rested on his hip.

"Thank you For coming Makoto And Minako," Lucia said. She turned to her guards "Leave us, this is private affairs" The guards Obeyed and left leaving Lucia, Minako , Kate and Makoto in the room "Know down to business, Kate if you will" Lucia said as she beckoned Makoto and Minako to come closer, Kate handed them a file 

"as you two are working as mercenaries, we thought we'd give you something subtle for a task to deal with, I  there gives detailed reports of these Creatures of the shadows, Learking remains of a dark age Where a ruler of Darkness able to command the shadows, had enslaved mankind, and laid the land to ruin, The nearest town is a town of powerful Magic wielders but even with blessed magic It's easy to get over run, There you'll find two weapons as a Means as payment and as a front. payment, Princess Lucia has offered 10000 Gold. should the Job be done in a swift matter you shall receive the rest of your payment.

Makoto looked shocked, "Oh shit, that's a lot of money" Makoto had no reason to distrust the two 

Minako however did have a question "Wait so why are you asking us? Surely the army would be a good idea?" Kate shook her head

"Not at all, it takes quite a while to read some units to deal with some monsters, besides Monster magic is quite deadly to An ordinary solder, We can't throw our men's lives on the line so readily so being as you two are adept at taking such powerful foes, You'd be a good idea."

Minako looked at Makoto, the two had come to the same conclusion, Minako spoke "We'll take the Job, We'll eradicate the monsters" Minako shook the hand of Princess Lucia.
