you haven't gone public yet and you we're so ready to go public.
corbyn on the other hand hasn't even mentioned it at all.
this defnitely made you feel like he was ashamed of you and that he didn't want people to know that you were in his life.
you were currently on tour with them and you've been super distant towards corbyn.
which was hard considering you're on the road most of the time.
you just spent more of your time with the boys than with him.
corbyn's pov:
y/n has been really distant lately.
she's been avoiding talking to me any chance she gets.
i've missed her so much and decided that i should just try to talk to her without pressuring her into it.

we got back on the bus after dinner and she went back to watching a movie on the couch.
i sat down next to her and just went for it.
" baby are you okay? "
" yeah i'm alright i guess" she replied, not making eye contact with me at all.
" you're definitely not. please just tell me what's wrong. i hate that you're not talking to me " i pleaded hoping that she'll answer me.
she sighed and faced me, " corbyn are you ashamed of me? "
" what? no i'm not ashamed of you. why would you ever think that?" i furrowed my eyebrows.
" we've been dating for 7 months and you've never once asked me if i'm ready to go public. " she finally confessed.
" is that why you've been so distant? " i questioned.
" yeah, i feel like we've been together long enough, but i was too scared to ask you about it. " she said playing with her rings.
" i'm sorry you felt that way baby. i guess i never asked you because i was trying to protect you, some fans can be really over the top and you could get a lot of hate. "
" i know but with you by my side i can handle them " she said, grabbing my hand.
" okay, then let's do this "i said and a smile formed on her face.
i gave her a hug and a kiss.
we both pulled out our phones and made the announcement posts.
