*Highly recommend that you listen to the song, the lyrics describe perfectly, my situation with Theodore.*

I know what you "might" be thinking.

What is this girl doing posting this and not the epilogue?

Well, as I wrote on my Instagram, I couldn't bring myself to do it, it put me in a bad place – reliving the past – and I still am. It's not something I like to remember.

As a very lovely reader and writer said: "you want to end on a happy note." Quoting miss storiesbyrhema

That's why I decided to skip the epilogue, end on a happy note where He and I were in a good place, and just give you the real story.

So,

We've reached the end and I tried to do my best to please both parties, those who wanted a fictional ending and those who wanted the real ending.

I hope I managed to deliver a good story.

I hope you had some laughs and had some joy along the way.

I want to thank all the faithful readers who I'm sure, at some point wanted to shoot me for taking so long to post, trust me, even I hid in a black hole of despair for all the f*#$ Writing Blocks I had, but it was something out of my control.

I did not want to deliver anything I didn't like to the minimum, because I wanted something with quality, I appreciate all the feedbacks ESPECIALLY all the voters, it means so much to an author to have their story voted.

Thank you so much, you mean so much.

Votes and comments are just a little piece of motivation for a writer, a little token of appreciation, for all the time we put in and most of all, it actually feels like you're writing for real people and not just yourself.

Now onto the Real Story that inspired this Africa-Asia Drama:

Note:
*Names were changed in the story
*Locations were changed in the story

It all really started in 2014, me, being the stuck up brat who just left one of the top private schools, and city apartments, to go live in a place far away from town. In a place I despised.

Who would I ever hang out with?

For over 2 years I practiced the mantra: "Everything happens for a reason." And I was right, everything really does.

What seemed to destroy me at that moment in 2014, was actually a necessary change to my life.

As well as my University course,

I never intended to go to Tourism, I tried law school, International Relations, Marketing... Until one day, this tourism course lands on my lap with paid fees. I took it.

Fast forward 2 years, I was working in the best hotel of the country, that's when I met him.

I remember vividly.

It was June 30th, 2017, 3PM on a Friday.

He walked in graceful as ever, my junior ass didn't even notice him well at first because I was too focused on counting the time to leave, so I let my senior co-worker serve him, his favourite, Gin & Blue Tonic with cucumber and mint.

· Once my co-w. left, I cleared his table, that's when the questions started, he was charming, intriguing, nothing like I've seen before.
5 minutes before I left he waved at me silently and gave me his card, my first week in Hospitality and I broke the One Rule they had, Never Date Customers.
