Chapter 13:
Amy's POV:
I was awoken by three loud knocks on the door, disturbing me from my peaceful sleep.
"Go away..." I moaned, throwing my pillow at the door.
"Someone's a little hungover," a husky voice giggled while walking into my room.
"What do you want Liam?" I yawned.
"You don't remember?" He asked.
"No..."
"We have that teacher's meeting today. It starts in twenty minutes," Liam replied.
"Oh crap!" I screamed, jumping out of bed. "I'm so sorry, I totally forgot! What time is it now?"
"Umm... It's 12:04," Liam responded, looking at his watch.
"Ugh. What am I going to wear?" I fretted, running over to my closet and rummaging through it.
I heard Liam chuckle behind me, "You would look beautiful in anything."
I felt my cheeks go hot at his statement, "Thanks."
"Y-you're welcome," he stuttered, blushing a bit.
"Do you like it?" I asked, turning around with my favorite orange dress with ruffles.
"Beautiful," Liam replied.
Liam's POV:
"Do you like it?" Amy asked, her tired blue eyes gazing at me with wonder.
"Beautiful," I replied. Just like her...
I sighed to myself, looking at how gorgeous Amy was, even if she had just woken up. With her hair tangled, the same curls in it from last night, her face looking as magnificent as ever with no makeup. The light was hitting her blue eyes perfectly, making them shimmer with wonder... The same blue eyes that made me fall in love with her in the first place.
Love... Four letters, one word, one syllable, yet, so powerful.
I continued smiling as I thought more about her. The way she laughs, the way she smiles, the way she talks, even the way she walks. It was all perfect.
My thoughts were interrupted by Amy pushing me out of the door.
"Wha-?" I exclaimed.
"Liam, I gotta change!" Amy replied, her small hands trying to push me out of her room, but failing miserably.
"Can't I stay?" I smirked.
"Liam!" She yelped, hitting my arm. "No, you can't. Now go!"
I chuckled as she heaved me out of the door, and into the silent hallway.
"Meet me at reception in 10 minutes!" I called as she closed the door on me.
Amy's POV:
"Meet me at reception in 10 minutes!" Liam yelled as I closed the door on him.
I only grunted, as my head was throbbing. I cursed under my breath at the pain, and quickly took an aspirin that we had in the medicine cabinet.
In a few, head-throbbing minutes, I was ready. I walked out of the room, my favorite tan heels clicking against the floor. I smoothed down my orange dress, the ruffles in the bodest swaying. I smiled as I finished putting in my black pearl earrings, which matched the black pearl necklace that I had hastily put on, my shoes still the only echoing sound in the hall. I quickly fixed the white flower I had put in my blonde hair, which I had decided to put into a cute, messy bun, considering it was still slightly curled from last night.
