32nd day of hell
"I was thinking I dye my hair... what do you think?" Jin closed his mini portable mirror and put it on the desk while turning to look at his coworker who had his chin in his hand while looking at nothing in particular.
"Mhm." He mumbles. Jin folds his arms over his chest and looked at him.
"What's wrong you've been giving me the same half-ass response since you got here." Jimin glanced at him and sighed.
"Taehyung." He mumbles.
"I'm confused... did he say he didn't like you or something... I thought those hickeys were from him-,"
"Shush. They are from him and no he didn't say that. It's just the whole New York thing. He asked me if I'd wait and-,"
"The only logical answer for that should've been yes Jimin." He shook his head no.
"I'm not going to put my life on halt, especially for a man. I like him, yes but I have a life that I need to focus on. I have a son who's counting on me for a second parent. It was only recently his mom started giving a damn. I'm not getting any younger." Jin sighs and nods. He saw where Jimin was coming from.
"I get you... but I don't want it to sound like I have no faith in you it's just when are you ever going to find another man like him?" He whispers. "He's rich, handsome, young, and is he good at sex?"Jimin glances at the office door and back at Jin with a nod.
"I, personally, wouldn't let him slip between my fingers. That's not the point. It's either you convince him to not go or you wait for him. I don't know why but I think you're the only person who can tell him to not go and all you keep doing is agreeing." Jin reasoned logically. Jimin spared him a glance and rolled his eyes. No one told him having feelings was this complicated.
"You know what I need?" he mumbles. Jin raises his eyebrows. "A tall bottle of whiskey with ginger and fuck that would be so good do you want to go out for a drink tonight?" He smiles.
"Nice try I know you're trying to stop drinking alcohol-," The elevator dinged and they both stood up to greet whoever was about to come through. When a middle-aged man stepped through with the face Jimin hated he screwed his eyes shut and turned around.
"Jimin what are you doing!" He whisper yelled. "M-mr. Park, please come right this way Mr. Kim has been awaiting you all morning." Jin leads him to the office after bowing and he went in with a small thanks.
"That's my fucking father!" Jin gasped.
"You're rich?" Jin whispers.
"I thought we went over this." Jimin facepalmed and he looked up.
"I don't remember... But what? Does Taehyung know?" Jimin nodded. Why in the world would taehyung invite him in the office knowing damn well- The door opened and Taehyung held up two sheets of paper.
"Four copies of each please." He placed the paper on the desk and winked at him. Jimin wanted to ball it up and shove it up his ass. He had a printer in his office there was no need for him to bring it all the way out to him. He went back into the office and Jimin wanted to burst out crying.
The man he hated the most in this world stood a few feet away from him in the office of a man he was falling for. He grabbed the paper and slid it into the copy machine while reading one copy in his hand.
"Contract." Jimin mumbled "BPA?" He says as he read more. Jin walked up to him and snatched the paper.
"BPA?!" Jin read it even more.
"What does that mean? Balls pussy ass? All the things my dad doesn't have." He pulled the paper away and slid it into the printer.
"Business purchase agreement... Jimin, Taehyung wanted you to read this." He laughed.
"He's buying your dad's business."

"Ok... Have a good day Mr. Park." Taehyung smiled as Jimin's father left the office. Jimin was prepared to turn around when his father called attention.
"Jimin can I talk to you in the break room?" Jimin glanced up at taehyung who nodded at him and he took a deep breath. He followed him and folded his arms.
"What?"
"Well, I just thought I should let you know your mom and I are retiring. And since we have no one to take over the business we sold it. Well, Mr. Kim was going to buy us out whether or not we sold it he's a good businessman." Jimin nods and looks at the floor.
"I'm only in Seoul for another day after this... Jimin I want to meet Sunji, Your mother doesn't know that you're related to Kim corp in any way. She's here with me she just went for a little spa day at the hotel." Jimin continues to look down at the ground.
"Let us meet him before we leave."
"So you can walk out of his life after he finally meets his grandparents? So you both, especially mother, can judge him? A five-year-old- My five-year-old? judge the lifestyle I'm living? I'm not a fucking rising businessman I work for Taehyung. I struggled for five years up until a few weeks ago paying bills, buying groceries, and buying my child his necessities." His father took all the words because no matter what Jimin said it was all their fault.
"He finally has friends and I finally have money so for the first time I can actually give him a birthday party with presents and cake and ice cream oh lots of ice cream. And I did it all without you and your wife." His eyes were watery and he now pointed his finger's in his father's chest rather harshly.
"You both caused me so much pain. Sleepless nights, unnecessary tears, hopelessness- almost made me leave my son at the front door of a foster home because I couldn't tarnish the image of the wonderful Parks. I don't want to see any of you. especially not her." He wipes his face with his sleeves and avoids contact. His father nodded and backed away.
"My number is the same. If you change your mind between now and tomorrow give me a call." He walks out of the office and Jimin cleans his face as much as he can. Before he can walk out of the break room he was met with the chest of a tall man and a pair of strong hands gripping his shoulder.
Jimin didn't know if he should slap him for bringing his father near him or kiss him for buying. his crappy business out. So he did both.
His small hands stung the left side of Taehyung's face and He cursed.
"What the fuck was tha-" He grabbed both of his cheeks and tiptoed before placing his lips on his. Taehyung kissed back as the tear rolled down his cheek.
"You need a day," Taehyung suggested. "Go home for the rest of the day."
"Kim Taehyung I'm not losing any time with you." The taller was taken aback. "You leave tomorrow night so if I have to stay in this office until fucking midnight with you I don't care. Just, please. Stay with me until you leave." Jimin mumbled. Taehyung opened his mouth to say something but closed it and only pulled Jimin into a hug.
"Should I go?.... should I go to New York?" He mumbles. Jimin hugged him tightly. He wanted to answer truthfully but he didn't.
"Yeah. And come back." Taehyung felt hun squeeze him. "Come back to me."
