"It says...." Alyssa frowned at the clutched note in her hand. She climbed off the Diamond Mountain and was on the ground with Enna and Zalina.

"Give me that," Enna got the note out of her hand hastily before Alyssa could even read a single word on the note. She narrowed her eyes as she read it. Suddenly, she turned pale.

"What?" Alyssa asked after she studied Enna's facial expression.

"I-It's nothing," Enna gave the note to Zalina. It seemed like both of them knew what was going on. Zalina got the note and read it. She turned pale as well.

"Um.." Zalina turned to Alyssa. "I don't really-"

Alyssa grabbed the note from her and finally, she read it. It said,

Dear Losers,

We are the ones who stole this crown. You guys didn't even realise it because you guys were too dumb. Well, I really hope you guys are all happy that you found this crown. It was disgusting anyway.

                                                                                             -Kingdom of Rubies

Kingdom of Rubies? Alyssa thought. Isn't their ruler Queen Melinda?

"How stupid are they?" Enna said angrily. "THEY STOLE QUEEN ANGELICA'S CROWN WHILE CALLING US LOSERS?!" she bellowed.

"So?" Zalina raised an eyebrow. "They're still very rude as ever." she rolled her eyes.

"That's not what I meant!" Enna scowled. "It's just stupid if I say so myself. But why do you think they let us off easily?"

Alyssa folded the note. "You mean, they let us get the crown without attacking us or stopping us? Something like that?"

Enna nodded. "But they aren't like that. Zalina and I met them before."

"Isn't that the good news?" Zalina grinned. "We completed our quest early because they didn't stop us and they let us go easily."
Enna nodded, still unsure of the fact. "Yeah, I suppose."

"Enna says they aren't like that?" Alyssa said. "Zalina, you can't be too happy about it. It might be too good to be true."

Zalina raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean by that?"

Alyssa shrugged, "Well, they might be letting us go so easily because they're planning to do something bad to us later on."

"Alyssa, you're just being dramatic." Enna said, rolling her eyes.

Alyssa glared at her. "Come on, Enna! I'm just saying! What if it's true?"

"Perhaps what if it's not?" Enna said. "They might've given up so easily because we were more powerful than them, and they thought they'd never been able to defeat us if they try and attack us."

Alyssa sighed. "Look, let's just go back to the Golden Palace. One of us might be correct, and one of us might be wrong."

The two agreed and they went back to the boat. Alyssa drove the boat towards the island of the Green Sea. They were going back to the kingdom, at last.
