Lora's (OD) p.o.v

As I'm sitting in my cell and boredly waiting for time to pass, I hear footsteps.

I look towards the entrance, and see Loran. ' Zenon, I need to speak with them. Just the three of us.'

' What are you up to?' Zenon asks suspiciously.

' I'm up to talking with them. And I would like to do so privately.'

' If they escape-' Zenon begins.

'  Unless you don't want to know anything about who they're working for, then you can chase me out of here.'

Zenon thinks for a moment, then says, ' Fine, 5 minutes.'

We watch as Zenon walks away, leaving the three of us left in here.

' I'm surprised you haven't told them yet,' I say.

' You better not tell them either,' he says, leaning on the bars of my cell.

' Oh, we won't, alright,' Loris says from a few cells away, ' Why aren't you telling them though, if you saw?'

' Mostly for personal reasons,' Loran tells him.

Loris scoffs, ' Of course, it is.'

' Hey, it's not my fault you two kept pushing me away when I was at my worst.'

' What'd you expect us to do?' Loris asks, ' Mother is dead, when will you get over it?!'

' She's not-'

' Are you two going to keep bickering for the next four minutes?' I ask,
' What do you want, Loran?'

' I’m just here to tell you-’ he cuts himself off, then turns behind him, as if he senses a presence.

I look at where he's looking, and find out what he saw. If I didn't look carefully, I wouldn't have noticed some green particles in the corner of the room.

' I should get going,' Loran says, then walks up to me, and whispers in my ear, ' Tonight. No questions.' And with that, he leaves.

Third person view

Elion sits under the same tree as last time, reading a book again.

' Hey…' someone suddenly says from beside him, giving him a scare.

' What are you doing here, Keiran?' Elion asks, a bit annoyed after he saw who it was.

Keiran places his hand on the tree,
' After all those years, you still read under this very tree…'

' It's the biggest one here, provides more shade.'

' Yeah… the three of us used to always play under this tree…' Keiran says, remembering the times when they were young. This however, reminded them both of Elena.

' I'm sorry…' Keiran begins.

' Please, don't start it… I've tried too hard putting that all behind me,' Elion tells him.

' Yet, you still hate me.'

' Okay, maybe I haven't tried putting it all behind me. You knew I liked her, and you still went for it.'

' I just thought it would be funny at first when I asked her out, but then… I actually fell for her…'

' Funny?' Elion asks in disbelief.

' Okay, I admit that was a stupid thing to do. It was not funny at all.'

Elion shakes his head, and looks back at his book.
