The End

The beginning

I woke up and looked out through the window
..the blazing light from the sun shone over the landscape
Creating a perfect view
The fresh morning air circulated creating a perfect atmosphere.
I could hear birds singing all over welcoming the Day with their sweet melodies.
My mind starts to wonder, thinking how perfect everything is in the morning.I stood there for 30 minutes.

Then it hit me it was on Monday, I am supposed to go to work.
It already seemed a good day.
Soon I was out on my Jeep grand..when I arrived town, everything was weird there was less number of people than usual, no cars, shops closed.
Yesterday I slept early, maybe something happened and I had no Idea.
Everyone seemed to be in hurry.
I tried calling my mum but there was no communication service on my phone.

Please help!! I heard a lady screaming.. when was about to get out of the car, someone broke my window with an axe.
I started the car and moved as fast as I could.
Then I came across, a large heap of corpses.
I was shocked, I completely had no idea of what was going on.
I immediately found a route back to my homestead not far from town
Just a 20 minutes ride.
It was not easy getting out of town everywhere was massacre.

After sitting down for a while.
Wondering how the world is going crazy without my knowledge.
I heard someone knocking at my gate.
I quickly switch to my CCTV to check who was there, then I saw a frustrated lady, she was crying.
‘Please help me!!’
Could this be a trap, I thought to myself. I took a hammer and rushed to the gate to open, all of a sudden swarm of people were running towards me with all sorts of machinery.
I pulled the lady inside,and hurriedly closed the gate.
And rushed to activate the power.
My place was secure maybe this is what kept me alive all the night.
